Dans la « salle des possibilités », située au cœur de Münnerstadt, les associations ou organisations peuvent se réunir, des consultations peuvent avoir lieu ou des activités de loisirs communes peuvent être organisées. Les locaux sont ouverts à tous les citoyens de Münnerstadt. L'accent est mis sur l'engagement citoyen, c'est-à-dire tout ce qui fait avancer Münnerstadt et sert ses habitants. La rencontre ouverte aux personnes handicapées et non handicapées suscite également un vif intérêt. Im „Raum der Möglichkeiten“, mittendrin in Münnerstadt, können sich Vereine oder Organisationen treffen, Beratungen stattfinden oder gemeinsame Freizeitaktivitäten organisiert werden. Die Räumlichkeiten stehen allen Bürgerinnen und Bürgern von Münnerstadt offen. Im Vordergrund steht das bürgerschaftliche Engagement – und damit alles, was Münnerstadt voranbringt und seinen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern dient. Die Räume können zum Beispiel genutzt werden für kulturelle Veranstaltungen oder Umwelt-Workshops, für Vorträge, Kochabende, Kinoveranstaltungen, Aktionen und Zusammenkünfte im Engagement für Geflüchtete, Bastel- oder Spielnachmittage, Repair Café und mehr. Im Bürgerraum wird u. a. zur offenen Behindertenarbeit mit wöchentlich stattfindenden Integrationskursen eingeladen, um Menschen mit Handicap bei deren selbstständigen und selbstbestimmten Leben zu unterstützen. Auch der offene Treff für Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung findet reges Interesse. Eine Buchung kann, wenn der „Raum der Möglichkeiten“ gerade frei ist, übrigens auch ganz kurzfristig erfolgen.
