About: Dienstedt

After the first documentary mention in 842, Dienstedt is the oldest village in the municipality and is one of the oldest villages in Thuringia. A special feature worth mentioning is the 500-year division of the village into 3 dominions until 1815. One part belonged to the Count of Hatzfeld, another to Saxony-Weimar and the third part to Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt. This division into three parts is represented in the coat of arms, which shows 3 fishing mayors on an arched bridge.

Après avoir été mentionné pour la première fois dans un document en 842, Dienstedt est le plus ancien village de la commune et compte parmi les plus anciens villages de Thuringe. Une particularité qui mérite d'être mentionnée est la division du village en trois domaines pendant 500 ans, jusqu'en 1815. Une partie appartenait au comte de Hatzfeld, une autre à Saxe-Weimar et la troisième à Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt. Cette division en trois parties est représentée sur les armoiries, qui montrent trois écoliers greffés sur un pont en arc.

Nach der urkundlichen Ersterwähnung im Jahre 842 ist Dienstedt der älteste Ort der Gemeinde und zählt zu den ältesten Dörfern Thüringens. Eine erwähnenswerte Besonderheit ist die 500-jährige Teilung des Dorfes in 3 Herrschaftsbereiche bis zum Jahre 1815. Ein Teil gehörte dem Grafen von Hatzfeld, ein weiterer zu Sachsen-Weimar und der dritte Teil zu Schwarzburg- Rudolstadt. Dargestellt ist diese Dreiteilung im Wappen, das 3 angelnde Schultheißen auf einer Bogenbrücke zeigt.
