As part of the State Garden Show, a hula hoop class invites you to move with ease and rhythm. Through flowing movements and without any pressure to perform, you’ll strengthen your back, core, and coordination. With music, fun, and rhythmic exercises, you’ll enjoy a short break full of energy and joie de vivre. Note: The event takes place on the grounds of the State Garden Show. Participation is free; only the admission fee to the grounds must be paid.
Dans le cadre de l'Exposition horticole régionale, un cours de hula-hoop vous invite à bouger avec légèreté et rythme. Grâce à des mouvements fluides et sans pression, vous renforcerez votre dos, votre tronc et votre coordination. Entre musique, bonne humeur et exercices rythmés, vous profiterez d'une petite pause pleine d'énergie et de joie de vivre. Remarque : l'événement se déroule sur le site de l'Exposition horticole régionale. La participation est gratuite, seul le prix d'entrée au site est à régler.
Im Rahmen der Landesgartenschau lädt ein Hula-Hoop-Kurs zu Bewegung mit Leichtigkeit und Rhythmus ein. In fließenden Bewegungen und ohne Leistungsdruck werden Rücken, Core und Koordination gestärkt. Mit Musik, Spaß und rhythmischen Übungen entsteht eine kleine Auszeit voller Energie und Lebensfreude. Hinweis: Die Veranstaltung findet auf dem Gelände der Landesgartenschau statt. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei, es muss nur der Eintritt auf das Gelände gezahlt werden.
