About: Ufhoven

Ufhoven est le plus grand quartier de la ville de Bad Langensalza et compte 1476 habitants (au 31 décembre 2019). La ville de Bad Langensalza et le quartier d'Ufhoven se sont développés ensemble et se fondent l'un dans l'autre. Après son incorporation en 1950 à la ville de Langensalza, Ufhoven a été scindée à nouveau en 2019 et compte depuis lors comme un district indépendant. Outre le tilleul qui se dresse sur le Sülzenberg, vieux d'environ 400 ans et considéré comme l'emblème du district, Ufhoven est connu au-delà de ses frontières comme un village de roses. Aujourd'hui encore, une ferme de roses locale perpétue la longue tradition des roses à Ufhoven.

Ufhoven is the largest district of the city of Bad Langensalza and has 1476 inhabitants (as of 31 Dec 2019). The city of Bad Langensalza and the district of Ufhoven have grown together and merge into each other. After its incorporation in 1950 to the city of Langensalza, Ufhoven was separated again in 2019 and counts since then as an independent district. In addition to the lime tree on the Sülzenberg, which is about 400 years old and is considered the landmark of the district, Ufhoven is known beyond its borders as a rose village. Even today, a local rose farm continues the long tradition of roses in Ufhoven.

Ufhoven ist der größte Ortsteil der Stadt Bad Langensalza und zählt 1476 Einwohner (Stand 31.12.2019). Die Stadt Bad Langensalza und der Ortsteil Ufhoven sind zusammengewachsen und gehen ineinander über. Nach seiner Eingemeindung im Jahre 1950 zur Stadt Langensalza wurde Ufhoven 2019 wieder ausgegliedert und zählt seitdem als eigenständiger Ortsteil. Neben der, auf dem Sülzenberg, stehenden Linde, welche ca. 400 Jahre alt ist und als Wahrzeichen des Ortsteils gilt, ist Ufhoven über seine Grenzen hinaus als Rosendorf bekannt. Auch heute noch führt ein ortsansässiger Rosenhof, die lange Tradition der Rosen in Ufhoven fort.
