After a fire in 1689, the present Hauptmannshof was rebuilt around 1700. It served as an orphanage. Today, after thorough renovation, the building houses the Städtische Wohnungsgenossenschaft. The building has been renovated and features half-timbered elements and a large courtyard. However, the house and grounds are not freely accessible.

Aujourd'hui, après une rénovation fondamentale, le bâtiment abrite la coopérative de logement municipale. Le bâtiment a été rénové et dispose d'éléments à colombage ainsi que d'une grande cour intérieure. La maison et le terrain ne sont toutefois pas librement accessibles.
Nach einem Brand 1689 wurde der heutige Hauptmannshof um 1700 neu errichtet. Er diente als Waisenhaus. Heute beherbergt das Gebäude nach grundlegender Sanierung die Städtische Wohnungsgenossenschaft. Das Gebäude ist saniert und verfügt über Fachwerkelemente sowie einen großen Innenhof. Das Haus und Gelände sind jedoch nicht frei zugänglich.
