Seine Großeltern haben noch für die Landwirtschaftliche Produktionsgenossenschaft in der DDR gearbeitet. Sein Vater hat dann 1991 den Hof in Gröbitz bei Teuchern gegründet, den Florian zusammen mit seiner Familie liebevoll führt und gestaltet. Neben dem klassischen Ackerbau, wird auch Gemüse angebaut. An Ideen und Zukunftsvisionen mangelt es Florian nicht. Er plant, in Zusammenarbeit mit Handmacherin und Floristin Jana Loth, Schnittblumen anzubauen und macht sich Gedanken über den Soja-Anbau, um neue Märkte zu erschließen und den aktuellen Bedürfnissen nachzukommen. Florian nimmt Besucher gerne einmal mit aufs Feld, um ihnen zu zeigen, was dort alles lebt, wächst und gedeiht.
His grandparents still worked for the agricultural production cooperative in the GDR. His father then founded the farm in Gröbitz near Teuchern in 1991, which Florian lovingly runs and manages together with his family.
