Dans la piscine couverte d'Apolda, les amateurs de sport peuvent profiter de nombreuses offres intéressantes, que ce soit dans l'eau ou hors de l'eau. Chacun y trouve son compte, du plus petit au plus grand, du plus jeune au plus âgé.
Les nageurs sportifs disposent de 5 couloirs dans le bassin sportif de 25 mètres. Des plongeoirs sont prévus pour les débutants. Pour ceux qui ne savent pas ou pas encore nager, le bassin non-nageur offre à la fois détente et sécurité. Les plus petits font leurs premières expériences de barbotage dans la pataugeoire pour bébés.
Programme anti-stress
Échappez au stress quotidien dans le sauna panoramique, le sauna finlandais ou le sanarium. Ensuite, savourez une tasse de thé sur la terrasse du toit. Ou prenez rendez-vous pour un massage afin de renforcer l'effet agréable.
En forme dans l'eau et au bord de l'eau
De nombreux cours pour tous les groupes d'âge complètent l'offre de la piscine. Ils vont de la natation pour bébés avec les parents ou les grands-parents et du cours "Hippocampe" à l'Aqua 60+, en passant par les cours Aqua Kids et Aqua Fitness pour adultes, afin de conserver ou d'améliorer la santé et la forme jusqu'à un âge avancé.
Hors de l'eau, on peut choisir entre le power yoga, le yoga pour les seniors, le "Rückenfit", le sport de rééducation, les abdos-fessiers et le Pilates, tandis que les jeunes mères et leurs bébés peuvent s'entraîner au kangourou.

In the Apolda indoor swimming pool, sports enthusiasts can take advantage of many great offers, whether in or out of the water. There is something for everyone, from small to large, from young to old.
Sporty swimmers have 5 lanes in the 25 m sports pool at their disposal. There are diving boards for starters. The non-swimmers' pool offers relaxation and safety at the same time. The little ones can make their first splashing experiences in the baby splash pool.
Anti-stress program
Escape from everyday stress in the panorama sauna, the Finnish sauna or in the sanarium. Then enjoy a cup of tea on the roof terrace. Or make an appointment for a massage to enhance the pleasant effect.
Fit in and around the water
Numerous course offerings for all age groups round out the swimming hall's offerings. These range from baby swimming with parents or grandparents and the "Seahorse Course" to Aqua Kids courses, Aqua Fitness courses for adults and Aqua 60+ to maintain or improve health and fitness into old age.
Out of the water, there is a choice of power yoga, yoga for seniors, back fitness, rehabilitation sports, abdominal-leg buttocks and Pilates, and Kangsa training is offered for young mothers with their babies.
