About: Theuern

Das Straßendorf Theuern setzt sich aus zwei Teilen zusammen. Das untere Dorf liegt an der Grümpen, am Eingang zum Theuerer Grund. Das höher gelegene Obertheuern auf einer Terrasse am Südfuß des 784 m hohen Stegers zieht sich gegen den Talrand der Grümpen hin. Die reizvolle Lage des Ortes und seiner Umgebung, sowie auch das Goldmuseum, sind Anziehungspunkte für Erholungssuchende.

Le village-rue de Theuern se compose de deux parties. Le village inférieur se trouve sur la Grümpen, à l'entrée du Theuerer Grund. Le village d'Obertheuern, situé plus haut sur une terrasse au pied sud du Steger (784 m), s'étend vers le bord de la vallée du Grümpen. La situation charmante du village et de ses environs, ainsi que le musée de l'or, sont des points d'attraction pour les personnes en quête de repos.
