About: Kulinarischer Weihnachtsmarkt

In diesem Jahr wird der Kulinarische Weihnachtsmarkt zum ersten Mal vom Verein Übern Hügel e. V. organisiert. Der Verein wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, junge landwirtschaftliche Betriebe zu vernetzen und gemeinsam Kultur ins nördliche Eichsfeld zu bringen. "Der Kulinarische Weihnachtsmarkt ist die erste gemeinsame Veranstaltung des Vereins. Bei Veranstaltungen ist viel zu organisieren und mit dem Verein können wir die Verantwortung auf mehrere Schultern verteilen und vor allem hat man zusammen mehr Ideen.”, meinen die Vereinsmitglieder. So sind zum Beispiele mehrere musikalische Darbietungen geplant - wie ein kleines Cellokonzert im Hofcafé - und Mitmachaktionen für Kinder wie eine Strohhüpfburg und gemeinsames Basteln. Wie gewohnt sind regionale Produzenten aus dem Werra-Meißner-Kreis und dem Eichsfeld eingeladen und präsentieren in vorweihnachtlicher Atmosphäre ihre vielfältigen Erzeugnisse. Mit dabei auf dem Vierseitenhof sind unter anderem die Mühlenbrennerei vom Inselhof, die Fleischerei Bornhagen, die Backstube vom Werragut sowie La Petite Bergerie mit ihrem feinen Karamell und Schafskäse. Café Chavalo sorgt mit einer kleinen Röstmaschine und ihren nachhaltigen Kaffees für herrlichen Kaffeeduft in der Scheune. Auch für den Genuss vor Ort ist gesorgt: Es gibt Crepes, Bratwurst vom Grill, Pommes, wärmende Suppen und Pizza aus dem Holzofen. Die Hanglage aus Witzenhausen sorgt zudem mit Glühwein für Wärme von innen, Punsch gibt es von Saftique mit Saft von regionalen Streuobstwiesen. Im BioHofcafé Sickenberg gibt es leckeren Kuchen und Heißgetränke am wärmenden Ofen.

Cette année, le marché de Noël gastronomique est organisé pour la première fois par l' association Übern Hügel e. V. L'association a été fondée dans le but de mettre en réseau les jeunes exploitations agricoles et de la culture dans le nord de l'Eichsfeld. « Le marché de Noël gastronomique est le premier événement commun de l’association. L’organisation d’événements demande beaucoup de travail et, grâce à l’ l'association, nous pouvons répartir les responsabilités entre plusieurs personnes et surtout, on a plus d’idées ensemble », expliquent les membres de l’association. Ainsi, plusieurs prestations musicales sont prévues, comme un petit concert de violoncelle au café de la cour – ainsi que des activités participatives pour les enfants, comme un château gonflable en paille et des ateliers de bricolage. Comme d’habitude, des producteurs régionaux de la région de Werra-Meißner et de l’Eichsfeld sont invités et présenteront leurs produits variés dans une . Parmi les exposants présents au Vierseitenhof, on retrouvera notamment la distillerie Mühlenbrennerei de l’Inselhof, la boucherie Bornhagen, la boulangerie du Werragut ainsi que La Petite Bergerie avec son délicieux caramel et son fromage de brebis. Le Café Chavalo propose , avec son petit torréfacteur et ses cafés issus de l'agriculture durable, une délicieuse odeur de café dans la grange. Les plaisirs culinaires sur place sont également au rendez-vous : crêpes, saucisses grillées au grille, des frites, des soupes réconfortantes et des pizzas cuites au feu de bois. La situation à flanc de colline de Witzenhausen réchauffe également de l’intérieur avec du vin chaud, tandis que est proposé par Saftique, à base de jus provenant de vergers régionaux. Au BioHofcafé Sickenberg, on trouve de délicieux gâteaux et des boissons chaudes au près du poêle.

At the BioHofcafé Sickenberg, there are delicious cakes and hot drinks by the by the cozy stove.
