Der Heimat- und Kulturverein Blankenberg wurde 2025 gegründet und arbeitet gemeinnützig. Wir sind eine Gemeinschaft von Bürgern, die sich der Pflege und Förderung von Traditionen, der Geschichte und der Kultur unserer Region und insbesondere unseres Heimatortes widmet. Wir erforschen die Geschichte unseres Heimatortes mithilfe historischer Quellen und Archive um die Orts- und Regionalgeschichte einer breiten Öffentlichkeit sowie unseren Gästen präsentieren zu können. Das Wirken unseres Vereines ist darauf gerichtet, schützenswertes historisches Gut zu bewahren und zu pflegen sowie das Ansehen unseres Heimatortes und das Geschichtsverständnis bei Mitbürgern und Besuchern zu erweitern. Dazu organisieren wir Veranstaltungen und Wanderungen, pflegen und erweitern die Ortschronik und arbeiten eng mit anderen Vereinen und regionalen Museen zusammen, um die Vergangenheit lebendig zu erhalten und die Gegenwart aktiv zu gestalten. Wir laden alle interessierten an Geschichte, Kultur und Gemeinschaft ein, sich mit einzubringen oder auch als Mitglied in unserem Verein mitzuarbeiten. Aktivitäten: - Sammlung und Archivierung von Materialien wie Büchern, Karten, Fotos und Urkunden - Ausstellungen zu historischen und kulturellen Themen - Publikation von Büchern und Dokumenten - Pflege der Erinnerungskultur Zur Bewahrung der historischen und kulturellen Vergangenheit unseres Heimatortes nehmen wir ortsbezogene und historisch bedeutsame Dokumente und Exponate für unsere Sammlung und die entstehende Bibliothek gerne entgegen.
L'Association d'histoire et de culture locales de Blankenberg a été fondée en 2025 et fonctionne comme une association à but non lucratif. Nous sommes une communauté de citoyens attachés à la préservation et à la promotion des traditions, de l'histoire et de la culture de notre région, et plus particulièrement de notre ville. Nous menons des recherches sur l'histoire de notre ville à partir de sources et d'archives historiques afin de présenter l'histoire locale et régionale au grand public et à nos visiteurs. Notre association œuvre à la préservation et à la mise en valeur du patrimoine historique, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration du rayonnement de notre ville et de la connaissance de son histoire auprès des habitants et des visiteurs. À cette fin, nous organisons des événements et des randonnées, nous tenons à jour et enrichissons la chronique locale, et nous collaborons étroitement avec d'autres associations et musées régionaux pour faire vivre le passé et contribuer activement à façonner le présent. The Blankenberg Local History and Culture Association was founded in 2025 and operates as a non-profit organization. We are a community of citizens dedicated to preserving and promoting the traditions, history, and culture of our region, and especially our hometown. We research the history of our hometown using historical sources and archives in order to present local and regional history to a wider public and our guests. Our association's work is aimed at preserving and maintaining historically valuable assets and enhancing the reputation of our hometown and the understanding of history among residents and visitors. To this end, we organize events and hikes, maintain and expand the local chronicle, and work closely with other associations and regional museums to keep the past alive and actively shape the present. We invite everyone interested in history, culture, and community to get involved or to become a member of our association.
