Notre maison de vacances de plain-pied est idéale pour les familles avec un enfant, les retraités ou trois adultes. Il est entièrement aménagé avec soin et dispose d'une petite terrasse ensoleillée utilisable presque en toute saison. A proximité se trouve un magasin avec une boulangerie. Il se compose d'une chambre à coucher avec lit double, d'un salon, d'une cuisine avec possibilité de s'asseoir et d'un lit d'appoint (8 € par jour) et d'une salle de bain avec douche et WC. Sur le terrain se trouve un abri pour voitures pour nos hôtes. À partir de 2022, pour un séjour de 14 jours, une soirée barbecue avec nous, les hôtes, dans notre baraque à grillades ou, en été, dans notre beau jardin, est incluse. Les petits chiens sont les bienvenus sur demande, moyennant un supplément de 2 € par jour. Le prix comprend le nettoyage final, les draps et les serviettes (changement de serviettes après une semaine) pour la maison de vacances pour une occupation de 2 personnes. Our ground floor vacation home is ideal for families with one child, pensioners or 3 adults. It is completely and lovingly furnished with a small sun terrace that can be used at almost any time of the year. Very close to us is the Netto with a bakery. It is divided into bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen with seating and extra bed (8€ per day) and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the property there is a private carport for our guests to park their car. From 2022, for a stay of 14 days, a barbecue evening with us hosts in our barbecue kota or in summer temperatures in our beautiful garden is included for you. Small dogs are welcome guests on request for an extra charge of 2€ per day. Price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels (change of towels after one week) for the vacation home with an occupancy of 2 persons. There is also a separate smoking area. 65€
Unser ebenerdiges Ferienhaus ist ideal für Familien mit einem Kind, Rentner oder 3 Erwachsene. Es ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Sonnenterasse, die zu beinahe jeder Jahreszeit nutzbar ist. Ganz in unserer Nähe ist der Netto mit einem Bäcker. Es teilt sich auf in Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Stube, Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Liege zur Aufbettung (8 € pro Tag) und Bad mit Dusche und WC. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich für unsere Gäste ein eigenes Carport zum PKW unterstellen. Ab 2022 ist bei einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen ein Grillabend mit uns Gastgebern in unserer Grillkota oder bei sommerlichen Temperaturen in unserem schönen Garten für Sie Inklusive. Kleine Hunde sind auf Anfrage gegen Aufpreis von 2 € pro Tag gern gesehene Gäste. Preis inkl. Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher (nach einer Woche Handtuchwechsel) für das Ferienhaus bei Belegung von 2 Personen. Zudem gibt es einen separaten Raucherbereich. 65 €
