Le village de Dörna est un quartier de la commune d'Unstruttal dans le district d'Unstrut-Hainich. Il est situé à l'ouest de la ville de Mühlhausen et à l'intérieur du Landgraben de Mühlhausen, en bordure de l'Eichsfeld. En 1997, Dörna est devenu un quartier de la commune d'Anrode. Celle-ci a été dissoute en 2023. Dörna a alors été rattachée à la commune d'Unstruttal.

The village of Dörna is a district of the municipality of Unstruttal in the Unstrut-Hainich district. It lies to the west of the town of Mühlhausen and within the Mühlhäuser Landgraben on the edge of the Eichsfeld. Dörna became part of the municipality of Anrode in 1997. This dissolved in 2023. Dörna then became part of the municipality of Unstruttal.

Das Dorf Dörna ist ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Unstruttal im Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis. Es liegt westlich der Stadt Mühlhausen und innerhalb des Mühlhäuser Landgrabens am Rande des Eichsfeldes. 1997 wurde Dörna zum Ortseil der Gemeinde Anrode. Diese löste sich 2023 auf. Daraufhin wechselte Dörna in die Gemeinde Unstruttal.
