Wohnung 10, die Kleinere (mit 89 m²), 1 Doppelzimmer, 2 Aufbettungen im Wohnzimmer sind möglich Essgelegenheit in Form einer Theke mit Barhockern 1 Babybett sowie Aufbettungen stellen wir nach Absprache selbstverständlich bereit. Autostellplätze unter dem Carport sind vorhanden. Mit einem Aufzug erreichen auch gehbehinderte Personen mühelos die Wohnung. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Je zwei Bäder pro Wohnung, 1 Bad mit Badewanne und 1 Bad mit Dusche stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnungen bieten außerdem je eine möblierte 112 m² und 73 m² große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Kneipp-Kuranlage und umliegende Wanderwege. Die gemeinsame Dachterrasse ist von beiden Wohnungen aus separat zugänglich und hat eigene Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten. Die offenen Küchen sind mit Backofen, Tellerwärmer, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kochgeschirr, Essgeschirr, Besteck und mit Gläsern ausgestattet. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3,50 € (Kurtaxe für Kinder von 6 bis 16 Jahren beträgt 1,50 €) zu entrichten ist. Jedoch kann zum Beispiel das Erlebnisbad „Tabbs“ 1,5h kostenfrei genutzt werden. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie auch die Thüringer Waldbahn, nutzen Sie zum Teil kostenfrei, weiterhin gibt es noch andere Vergünstigungen. Le clapotis de la source Arenaris toute proche est apaisant et rappelle peut-être même le bruit de la mer... Appartement 10, le plus petit (89 m²), 1 chambre double, 2 lits supplémentaires possibles dans le salon. Possibilité de manger sous la forme d'un comptoir avec des tabourets de bar. Nous mettons bien sûr à disposition un lit pour bébé ainsi que des lits supplémentaires sur demande. Des places de parking sont disponibles sous l'abri pour voitures. Un ascenseur permet aux personnes à mobilité réduite d'accéder facilement à l'appartement. Il est interdit de fumer dans l'appartement. Deux salles de bains sont disponibles par appartement, une avec baignoire et une avec douche.
