Schon Goethe war vom südländischen Flair und besonders der Lebensfreude Italiens angetan. Er war bestrebt, dieses Gefühl hierher nach Weimar zu übertragen.
Nous exploitons plusieurs établissements gastronomiques à Weimar et nous nous efforçons d'harmoniser le mode de vie méditerranéen avec la culture et la tradition de la ville classique de Weimar. Goethe était déjà séduit par l'ambiance méditerranéenne et surtout par la joie de vivre de l'Italie. Il s'est efforcé de transférer ce sentiment ici à Weimar.
We operate several gastronomic establishments in Weimar and strive to bring the Mediterranean way of life into harmony with the culture and tradition of the classical city of Weimar.
