Die Stadt und Tourist-Information des Vereins „Aktives Mellrichstadt" befindet sich im Bürgerhaus direkt am Marktplatz – der sogenannten guten Stube Mellrichstadts. Das „Aktives Mellrichstadt-Team" steht Besuchern und Gästen bei Fragen und Auskünfte von A bis Z wie Ausflugstipps, Museen und Kultur, Veranstaltungen, Rad- und Wandertouren bis hin zur Zimmersuche gerne zur Verfügung. Ebenso sind hier verschiedene Prospekte und Informationsbroschüren zur Stadt und der Umgebung erhältlich.
