How does grain become bread, or cocoa beans become chocolate, and what does that have to do with sustainability? During the summer program at the Bread Museum, children learn in a fun and interactive way not only about the journey from grain to bread, but also from the cotton plant to the finished pair of jeans. Through experiments and games, they learn why water, soil, and biodiversity secure our future—and that it matters which products end up in our shopping carts. Each day, we’ll take a closer look at a different topic: Oct. 13 – Water Worlds Oct. 14 – Sustainable Agriculture Oct. 15 – Cocoa and Chocolate Oct. 16 – Textiles Registration by phone: 05507-999498 or email: info@brotmuseum.de
