Bread is one of the most important staple foods in many countries and has great cultural significance. This is why the International Union of Bakers and Confectioners (UIBC) has declared October 16 International Bread Day, which we are celebrating at the museum this weekend. During the baking event, you will learn why bread is so important for feeding the world and, of course, you will bake your own mixed rye bread with natural sourdough. While the bread is rising and baking, you will explore the exhibition in the museum building and the outdoor area with an exciting museum rally. Während das Brot aufgeht und gebacken wird, erkundet ihr die Ausstellung im Museumsgebäude und das Außengelände mit einer spannenden Museumsrallye. Dans de nombreux pays, le pain est l'un des principaux aliments de base et revêt une grande importance culturelle. C'est pourquoi l'Union internationale des boulangers et pâtissiers (UIBC) a décrété la Journée internationale du pain, le 16 octobre, que nous fêterons ce week-end au musée. Lors de l'action boulangerie, vous apprendrez pourquoi le pain est si important pour l'alimentation mondiale, et vous ferez bien sûr votre propre pain de seigle mélangé avec du levain naturel. Pendant que le pain lève et cuit, vous découvrirez l'exposition dans le bâtiment du musée et le terrain extérieur grâce à un rallye muséal passionnant.
