Der Ländliche Kerne e.V. ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, welcher im Jahr 1994 von Akteuren aus der Region „Heideland-Elstertal-Schkölen“ in Ostthüringen gegründet wurde. Die Gründungsmitglieder (Kommunen, lokale Vereine und Unternehmen, insbesondere der Landwirtschaft) waren in den Nachwendejahren angetrieben von dem Wunsch, unserer Region und den dort lebenden und verwurzelten Menschen neue Perspektiven aufzuzeigen und Unterstützung bei der Neuorientierung zu geben. Der Ländliche Kerne e.V. widmete sich daher vor allem der Integration benachteiligter Personengruppen in den Arbeitsmarkt und ihrer Teilhabe am wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und kulturellen Leben. Inzwischen ist unser Verein thematisch vielfältig aufgestellt und setzt wichtige Projekte von regionaler Bedeutung um.
Ländlicher Kern e.V. is a non-profit association that was founded in 1994 by stakeholders from the Heideland-Elstertal-Schkölen region in eastern Thuringia. In the years following German reunification, the founding members (local authorities, local associations, and businesses, particularly in the agricultural sector) were driven by the desire to offer new prospects for our region and the people who live and have roots there, and to provide support in their reorientation. Ländlicher Kern e.V. therefore focused primarily on integrating disadvantaged groups into the labor market and enabling them to participate in economic, social, and cultural life. Our association now covers a wide range of topics and implements important projects of regional significance.
Ländlicher Kerne e.V. est une association à but non lucratif fondée en 1994 par des acteurs de la région « Heideland-Elstertal-Schkölen » en Thuringe orientale. Les membres fondateurs (communes, associations locales et entreprises, notamment agricoles) étaient animés, dans les années qui ont suivi la réunification, par le désir d'offrir de nouvelles perspectives à notre région et à ses habitants et de les aider à se réorienter. Ländliche Kerne e.V. s'est donc principalement consacrée à l'intégration des groupes de personnes défavorisées sur le marché du travail et à leur participation à la vie économique, sociale et culturelle. Aujourd'hui, notre association couvre un large éventail de thèmes et met en œuvre des projets importants au niveau régional.
