Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in der Gemeinde Schleusegrund, Ortsteil Gießübel, in einer Wochenend- und Ferienhaussiedlung unweit des Rennsteiges. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und vor allem für Gäste geeignet, welche die wunderbare Natur im südlichen Thüringer Wald erkunden möchten. Die 80m² Wohnfläche verteilen sich auf drei Etagen, verbunden mit einer Wendeltreppe. Im EG befindet sich das Bad mit Dusche und WC. Küche, ein weiteres WC und der Wohnraum sind im 1. OG zu finden. Der Wohnraum selber ist auch über den Balkon mit Zugangstreppe zu erreichen. Hier hat man einen super Ausblick ins Tal und bei gutem Wetter im Sommer auch eine Sonnenuntergangsgarantie. Schlafzimmer und ein Vorzimmer befinden sich im Dachgeschoss.
