The oldest gardener's house in Thuringia was built at the same time as the moated castle of Neideck in the mid-16th century. Today it houses the city model "Arnstadt around 1740". With great attention to detail this replica shows the city of Arnstadt in the mid-18th century. In addition to 732 residential buildings and 816 outbuildings, visitors can discover the town hall, Neideck Castle and the hop fountain in miniature.
Das älteste Gärtnerhaus Thüringens wurde zeitgleich mit dem Wasserschloss Neideck Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts erbaut. Es beherbergt heute das Stadtmodell "Arnstadt um 1740". Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben die Modellbauer des Neideckvereins ein Abbild der Stadt Arnstadt Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts geschaffen. Neben 732 Wohnhäusern und 816 Nebengebäuden können Besucher unter anderem das Rathaus, das Schloss Neideck und den Hopfenbrunnen en miniature entdecken.
