Le WanderBus existe depuis 30 ans. Lancé en 1996, il est devenu au fil du temps un programme incontournable pour tous les amateurs de randonnée. Le circuit anniversaire commence au cœur de l'idyllique Dün, non loin du village de Reifenstein, où de denses forêts de hêtres promettent calme et découverte de la nature. Après une courte montée, vous atteindrez le plateau panoramique « Alte Burg ». De là, les randonneurs pourront profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le magnifique paysage de l'Eichsfeld – un moment pour faire une pause, respirer profondément et profiter. Ensuite, vous descendrez par des sentiers forestiers souples jusqu'aux murs vénérables du monastère historique de Reifenstein. Alors que le jardin du monastère, aménagé avec soin, vous émerveillera par sa floraison, vous pourrez admirer l'imposant cerf Rudi et son troupeau dans la réserve animalière voisine. De là, le guide Nick Wedekind conduit les participants vers les étangs pittoresques de Reifenstein et la source historique Eselsquelle, un lieu plein de charme et d'histoire. Le long de la lisière de la forêt, la randonnée se poursuit ensuite en direction de Birkungen. Une halte pleine d'ambiance est prévue au Stationsweg avant d'atteindre finalement le site de l'exposition horticole régionale à Leinefelde. La randonnée anniversaire est un circuit varié qui combine à merveille histoire, découverte de la nature et visite de l'exposition horticole régionale. Seit 30 Jahren gibt es den WanderBus – was 1996 begann, hat sich im Laufe der Zeit zu einem festen Programm für alle Wanderfreunde entwickelt. Die Jubiläumstour beginnt mitten im idyllischen Dün, unweit der Ortschaft Reifenstein, wo dichte Buchenwälder Ruhe und Naturerlebnis versprechen. Nach einem kurzen Anstieg wird das Aussichtsplateau „Alte Burg“ erreicht. Von hier aus bietet sich den Wanderfreunden eine herrliche Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Landschaft des Eichsfelds – ein Moment zum Innehalten, Durchatmen und Genießen. Anschließend geht es auf weichen Waldpfaden hinab zu den ehrwürdigen Mauern des geschichtsträchtigen Klosters Reifenstein. Während der liebevoll angelegte Klostergarten mit seiner Blütenpracht begeistert, kann im angrenzenden Wildgehege der imposante Hirsch Rudi mit seinem Rudel bestaunt werden. Von dort führt Wanderführer Nick Wedekind die Teilnehmer zu den malerisch gelegenen Teichen bei Reifenstein sowie zur historischen Eselsquelle – ein Ort voller Charme und Geschichte. Entlang der Waldgrenze setzt sich die Wanderung anschließend in Richtung Birkungen fort. Am Stationsweg erfolgt ein stimmungsvoller Zwischenstopp bevor schließlich das Gelände der Landesgartenschau in Leinefelde erreicht wird. Die Jubiläumswanderung ist eine abwechslungsreiche Tour, die Geschichte, Naturerleben und einen Besuch der Landesgartenschau auf wunderbare Weise miteinander verbindet. Der Eintritt zur Landesgartenschau ist im Gesamtpreis inbegriffen. Da die Teilnehmerzahl begrenzt ist, wird um eine vorherige telefonische Anmeldung bei der EW Bus gebeten ( 03605 51252-53). The WanderBus has been around for 30 years – what began in 1996 has developed over time into a regular program for all hiking enthusiasts. The anniversary tour begins in the middle of the idyllic Dün, not far from the village of Reifenstein, where dense beech forests promise peace and quiet and a chance to experience nature. After a short climb, you will reach the "Alte Burg" viewing plateau. From here, hiking enthusiasts can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful Eichsfeld landscape – a moment to pause, take a deep breath, and enjoy. The route then descends along soft forest paths to the venerable walls of the historic Reifenstein monastery. While the lovingly landscaped monastery garden delights with its abundance of flowers, the impressive stag Rudi and his herd can be admired in the adjacent game reserve. From there, hiking guide Nick Wedekind leads participants to the picturesque ponds near Reifenstein and the historic Eselsquelle spring – a place full of charm and history. The hike then continues along the edge of the forest towards Birkungen. There is an atmospheric stop at the Stationsweg before finally reaching the grounds of the State Garden Show in Leinefelde. The anniversary hike is a varied tour that wonderfully combines history, nature and a visit to the State Garden Show. Admission to the State Garden Show is included in the total price.
