Sie beginnen Ihre Wanderung am Parkplatz am Hohen Schwarm. Wandern von hier aus hinunter zum Saaleufer, wo Sie sich nach rechts wenden. Vorbei am Stadion kommen Sie zu einer Saalebrücke. Überqueren Sie diese, um auf der anderen Seite flussaufwärts bis zur Schokoladenfabrik zu kommen. Hier überqueren Sie wieder die Saale. Dann geht es eine kleine Steigung hinauf zur Laubensiedlung. Unsere Wanderung geht geradeaus wenige hundert Meter an den Gärten entlang bis zu einer Straße. Hier geht es ein kleines Stück bergauf. An der Kreuzung angelangt, wechseln Sie auf die andere Straßenseite. Gegenüber beginnt ein Waldweg den Sie geradeaus nach oben wandern. Nach kurzer Zeit sind Sie an der Rehaklinik. Wenn Sie hier wenige Meter nach Links wandern kommen Sie zum Fuchsturm und einem Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf die Bohlenwand. Dann müssen Sie wieder zur Klinik.In der Rehaklinik oder in dem daneben befindlichen Hotel können Sie eine kleine Pause machen. Am Ende des Parkplatzes geht Ihre Wanderung nach rechts in den von Hüther angelegten Bergfriedpark mit Teehäuschen, Villa, Glockenturm, Japangarten und Seerosenteich. Infomaterial dazu erhalten Sie in der Tourist-Info. Am Ausgang des Bergfriedparks, an der ehemaligen Gärtnerei, wenden Sie sich nach rechts bis zur Kreuzung. Hier wieder nach rechts bis zu einem kleinen Parkplatz. Hier zweigt ein schmaler Pfad in Richtung Kleingärten ab. Dem folgen Sie und wandern am Rand der Gartenanlage entlang bis zu einer kleinen Senke mit einem Bach. Den Bach müssen Sie queren. Hier beginnt die Käthe-Kollwitz.-Str. der Sie bis zu einem Kreisverkehr folgen. Im Kreisverkehr nehmen Sie die zweite Ausfahrt hinunter zu Kelzstraße. Dann laufen Sie ca. 100 m und sind wieder an ihrem Ausgangspunkt, dem Hohen Schwarm.

En face commence un chemin forestier que vous suivez en montée. Après peu de temps, vous arrivez à la clinique de rééducation. Si vous marchez quelques mètres à gauche, vous atteignez la tour du renard et un point de vue avec vue sur la Bohlenwand. Puis vous devez retourner à la clinique. Vous pouvez faire une petite pause à la clinique de rééducation ou dans l'hôtel voisin. À la fin du parking, prenez à droite dans le parc Bergfried aménagé par Hüther avec ses maisons de thé, villa, clocher, jardin japonais et étang aux nénuphars. Vous pouvez obtenir des informations à ce sujet à l'office de tourisme. À la sortie du parc Bergfried, à l'ancienne pépinière, tournez à droite jusqu'à l'intersection. Ici, encore à droite jusqu'à un petit parking. Un sentier étroit part d'ici en direction des petits jardins. Suivez-le et randonnez le long de la lisière du jardin jusqu'à une petite dépression avec un ruisseau. Il faut traverser le ruisseau. Ici commence la Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße que vous suivez jusqu'à un rond-point. Au rond-point, prenez la deuxième sortie vers la Kelzstraße. Ensuite, marchez environ 100 m et vous êtes de retour à votre point de départ, le Hoher Schwarm.

Opposite begins a forest path which you follow straight up. After a short time, you reach the rehabilitation clinic. If you hike a few meters to the left here, you reach the Fox tower and a viewpoint overlooking Bohlenwand. Then you must return to the clinic. You can take a short break at the rehab clinic or the hotel next to it. At the end of the parking lot, your hike turns right into the Bergfried park laid out by Hüther with tea houses, villa, bell tower, Japanese garden, and lily pond. Information material is available at the tourist info. At the exit of Bergfried park, at the former nursery, turn right to the intersection. Turn right again to a small parking lot. Here, a narrow path branches off toward the allotment gardens. Follow it and hike along the edge of the garden complex to a small hollow with a stream. You have to cross the stream here. This is where Käthe-Kollwitz-Street begins, which you follow to a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit down to Kelzstraße. Then walk about 100 m and you will be back at your starting point, Hoher Schwarm.
