Auf geradem Weg führt der Wanderweg durch den Pöllwitzer Wald, einem ehemaligen Truppenübungsplatz, bis zum Abzweig des 2013 errichteten und 2015 erweiterten Moorerlebnispfades. Dieser Holzbohlenweg führt auf insgesamt 650 Metern durch das Moor. 20 Informationstafeln und Erlebnisstationen für Kinder und Erwachsene sowie ein Aussichtsturm machen das Moor erlebbar und zeigen dessen Bedeutung innerhalb des Naturschutzgebietes Pöllwitzer Wald: Wie fühlt es sich an, durch das Moor zu waten? Was hat es mit den Moorleichen auf sich? Gibt es wirklich fleischfressende Pflanzen? Moosi Moosbeere erklärt hier gerne alles dazu. Nur wer alle Aufgaben gekonnt löst, kann Moosi Moosbeere – das entführte Maskottchen des Moores – aus den Fängen des heimtückischen Moorkönigs befreien. Highlight ist der 9 m hohe Aussichtsturm am Steg, von dem aus man zu jeder Jahreszeit einen faszinierenden Blick über die Moorlandschaft hat. Für die entspannte Erkundung sollten 2,5 bis 3,5 Stunden eingeplant werden. Sitzgelegenheiten sind an 4 Stellen vorhanden. Tipp: Wenn im Frühjahr das Wollgras blüht, bietet sich dem Besucher eine sehr reizvolle Kulisse.

Le sentier de randonnée traverse en ligne droite la forêt de Pöllwitz, ancien terrain d'exercice militaire, jusqu'à la bifurcation du sentier d'expérience de la tourbière, créé en 2013 et agrandi en 2015. Ce chemin en planches de bois traverse la tourbière sur un total de 650 mètres. 20 panneaux d'information et stations d'expérience pour enfants et adultes ainsi qu'une tour d'observation rendent la tourbière vivante et montrent son importance au sein de la réserve naturelle de la forêt de Pöllwitz : Comment cela fait-il de marcher à travers la tourbière ? Que sont les "corps" préservés de la tourbière ? Existe-t-il vraiment des plantes carnivores ? Moosi Moosbeere explique tout cela volontiers. Seul celui qui réussit à résoudre toutes les énigmes peut libérer Moosi Moosbeere, la mascotte kidnappée de la tourbière, des griffes du perfide roi de la tourbière. Le point fort est la tour d'observation de 9 m de haut sur la passerelle, qui offre toute l'année une vue fascinante sur le paysage de la tourbière. Prévoyez environ 2,5 à 3,5 heures pour une découverte tranquille. Des places assises sont disponibles à 4 endroits. Conseil : au printemps, lorsque la linaigrette fleurit, les visiteurs peuvent admirer un cadre très charmant.

The hiking trail leads straight through the Pöllwitzer Forest, a former military training area, to the junction of the peatland adventure trail, constructed in 2013 and extended in 2015. This wooden boardwalk covers a total of 650 meters through the peatland. 20 information boards and adventure stations for children and adults as well as an observation tower make the peatland tangible and show its significance within the Pöllwitzer Forest nature reserve: What does it feel like to wade through the peatland? What is the story behind the peat bog bodies? Are there really carnivorous plants? Moosi Moosbeere is happy to explain everything here. Only those who solve all the tasks skillfully can free Moosi Moosbeere – the kidnapped peatland mascot – from the clutches of the treacherous peat king. The highlight is the 9 m high observation tower on the boardwalk, offering a fascinating view of the peatland landscape in every season. For a relaxed exploration, allocate 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Seating is available at 4 locations. Tip: In spring, when the cotton grass blooms, visitors are treated to a very charming scenery.
