Zum Hauptweg Loccum-Volkenroda sind im Laufe der Jahre aus regionalen Interessen drei Nebenwege entstanden. Diese Nebenwege bieten zum einen die Möglichkeit, auf einem geschlossenen Rundweg von höchstens vier Tagesetappen auszuprobieren, ob man im Pilgern Sinn und am Wandern Spaß findet.  * Nebenweg I: Neustadt am Rübenberge und Eilvese * Nebenweg II: Hessisch-Oldendorf und Rintel * Nebenweg III: Klosterpfad (Gesamtlänge 79 km)  Der Nebenweg III verknüpft mehrere erhaltene und verlassene Klöster miteinander. Au fil des années, trois chemins secondaires sont nés d’intérêts régionaux depuis le chemin principal Loccum-Volkenroda. Ces chemins offrent la possibilité d'essayer sur un parcours fermé de maximum quatre étapes journalières si le pèlerinage a du sens pour vous et si la randonnée vous plaît.  * Chemin secondaire I : Neustadt am Rübenberge et Eilvese * Chemin secondaire II : Hessisch-Oldendorf et Rintel * Chemin secondaire III : chemin des monastères (longueur totale 79 km)  Le chemin secondaire III relie plusieurs monastères conservés et abandonnés. Over the years, three side paths have emerged from regional interests on the main trail Loccum-Volkenroda. These side paths offer, on the one hand, the opportunity to try out on a closed circular route of a maximum of four daily stages whether you find meaning in pilgrimages and enjoy hiking.  * Side path I: Neustadt am Rübenberge and Eilvese * Side path II: Hessisch-Oldendorf and Rintel * Side path III: Klosterpfad (total length 79 km)  The side path III connects several preserved and abandoned monasteries. The path leads you from Mühlhausen and the Kloster Hülfensberg, which has been an important pilgrimage site in the Catholic-influenced Eichsfeld since the late Middle Ages, through the Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal Nature Park and back to Mühlhausen. * Stage 1: From Mühlhausen to Küllstedt (29 km) * Stage 2: From Küllstedt to Kloster Hülfensberg (22 km) * Stage 3: From Kloster Hülfensberg to Kloster Zella (11 km) * Stage 4: From Kloster Zella to Mühlhausen (17 km)

Unterwegs eröffnen sich immer wieder schöne Ausblicke über das südliche Eichsfeld. Nach der Kirche in Lengenfeld/Stein führt der Weg auf ein Viadukt (Draisinenbahnstrecke). Am Ende der Brücke geht es rechter Hand wiederum abwärts zum Ortsrand und auf dem Feldweg zu einem Aussichtspunkt mit überdachter Raststation (3 km). Die letzten 4 km bis zum Kloster Zella pilgert man auf einem Waldweg.

thuecat:equipment @de Packliste für Pilger auf dem Pilgerweg Loccum-Volkenroda Eine Anregung Das Gepäck sollte nicht mehr als 10-15% des eigenen Körpergewichts betragen. Eine Rucksackgröße von ca. 35 Litern reicht aus. Wäsche notfalls unterwegs im Waschbecken waschen. Mit den Schuhen und dem gepackten Rucksack sollte man vorher zu Hause zur Probe gehen. Mitnehmen Personalausweis, Geld, EC- bzw. CC-Karte (Der Pilgerpass ist im Haus kirchlicher Dienste erhältlich.) gutes Schuhwerk – da das Gelände keine extremen Anforderungen stellt, reichen normale Wander- oder Sportschuhe, evtl. Wandersandalen. Wichtig ist, dass die Schuhe gut eingelaufen sind. 2 x Socken Regencape oder Wind-, Regenjacke, evtl.
