Le chemin part du Floßberg vers le Chemin Courbe à droite autour du Lindenberg. Nous avons ici une magnifique vue sur la ville d'Ilmenau et l'avant-pays immédiat de la Forêt de Thuringe. Nous traversons la piste de bobsleigh historique à la courbe Adolf - Dinkler. On trouve ici aussi la source Fitzler, nommée d'après un ancien médecin thermal d'Ilmenau. Après un court trajet, nous atteignons la zone alpine de ski avec un téléski public. En continuant sur le Chemin Courbe, nous arrivons à un point de vue sur le massif du Kickelhahn. Ensuite, après 1 km, nous atteignons la croisée des chemins (Étoile). Depuis ce point, il y a une connexion avec le sentier de randonnée à ski Ilmenau - Hirtenwiese - Auerhahn.

The path leads from Floßberg along the Krummer Weg right around the Lindenberg. Here we have a magnificent view of the town of Ilmenau and the immediate foreland of the Thuringian Forest. Along the way, we cross the historic bobsleigh track at the Adolf - Dinkler curve. Also located here is the Fitzlersquelle, named after a former bath doctor of Ilmenau. After a short distance, we reach the Alpine ski area with a public drag lift. Continuing on the Krummer Weg, we come to a viewpoint overlooking the Kickelhahn massif. Afterward, we reach the Stern after 1 km. From this point there is a connection to the Ski hiking trail Ilmenau - Hirtenwiese - Auerhahn.

Der Weg führt vom Floßberg aus auf den Krummen Weg rechts um den Lindenberg. Hier haben wir eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Stadt Ilmenau und das unmittelbare Vorland des Thüringer Waldes. Dabei überqueren wir die historische Bobbahn an der Adolf - Dinkler - Kurve. Hier befindet sich auch die Fitzlersquelle, benannt nach einem früheren Badearzt von Ilmenau. Nach kurzer Strecke erreichen wir das Alpine - Skigelände mit einem öffentlichen Schlepplift. Weiter auf dem Krummen Weg kommen wir zu einem Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf das Kickelhahnmassiv. Anschließend erreichen wir nach 1km  den Stern. Von diesem Punkt aus besteht Anschluss an den Skiwanderweg Ilmenau - Hirtenwiese - Auerhahn.

Jeder Langläufer muss sich so verhalten, dass er keinen anderen gefährdet oder schädigt. 2. Markierungen und Signale (Hinweisschilder) sind zu beachten. Auf Loipen und Pisten ist in der angegebenen Richtung und Lauftechnik zu laufen. 3. Auf Doppel- und Mehrfachspuren muss in der rechten Spur gelaufen werden. Langläufer in Gruppen müssen in der rechten Spur hintereinander laufen. In freier Lauftechnik ist auf der Piste rechts zu laufen. 4. Überholt werden darf rechts oder links. Der vordere Läufer braucht nicht auszuweichen. Er sollte aber ausweichen, wenn er es gefahrlos kann. 5. Bei Begegnungen hat jeder nach rechts auszuweichen. Der abfahrende Langläufer hat Vorrang. 6. Beim Überholen, Überholt werden und bei Begegnungen sind die Stöcke eng am Körper zu führen. 7. Jeder Langläufer muss, vor allem auf Gefällstrecken, Geschwindigkeit und Verhalten seinem Können, den Geländeverhältnissen, der Verkehrsdichte und der Sichtweite anpassen. Er muss einen genügenden Sicherheitsabstand zum vorderen Läufer einhalten. Notfalls muss er sich fallen lassen, um einen Zusammenstoß zu verhindern. 8. Wer stehen bleibt, tritt aus der Loipe/Piste. Ein gestürzter Langläufer hat die Loipe/Piste möglichst rasch freizumachen. 9. Bei Unfällen ist jeder zur Hilfeleistung verpflichtet. 10. Jeder, ob Zeuge oder Beteiligter, ob verantwortlich oder nicht, muss im Falle eines Unfalles seine Personalien angeben.

Les marquages et signaux (panneaux) doivent être respectés. Sur les pistes tracées, il faut suivre la direction et la technique de glisse indiquées. 3. Sur les pistes doubles ou multiples, il faut skier sur la voie de droite. Les groupes doivent skier les uns derrière les autres sur la voie de droite. En technique libre, il faut skier à droite sur la piste. 4. Le dépassement est autorisé à droite ou à gauche. Le skieur devant n'a pas à s'écarter mais devrait le faire s'il est possible de le faire sans danger. 5. En cas de rencontre, il faut toujours s'écarter à droite. Le skieur descendant a la priorité. 6. Lors des dépassements, dépassements subis et rencontres, les bâtons doivent être tenus près du corps. 7. Chaque skieur doit adapter sa vitesse et son comportement à ses capacités, aux conditions du terrain, à la densité du trafic et à la visibilité, surtout sur les descentes. Il doit garder suffisamment de distance de sécurité avec le skieur devant. Il doit, si nécessaire, se laisser tomber pour éviter une collision. 8. Si tu t'arrêtes, sors de la piste. Un skieur tombé doit dégager la piste le plus rapidement possible. 9. En cas d'accident, tout le monde est tenu de porter secours. 10. Tout témoin ou participant, responsable ou non, doit fournir ses coordonnées en cas d'accident.

Er muss einen genügenden Sicherheitsabstand zum vorderen Läufer einhalten. Notfalls muss er sich fallen lassen, um einen Zusammenstoß zu verhindern.</li> <li>Wer stehen bleibt, tritt aus der Loipe/Piste. Il doit garder suffisamment de distance de sécurité avec le skieur devant. Il doit, si nécessaire, se laisser tomber pour éviter une collision.</li> <li>Si tu t'arrêtes, sors de la piste.
