⚠️ Befahrung der Tour im Uhrzeigersinn. Diese Tour punktet, wie alle MTB-Touren rund um Saalfeld, mit Panoramen. Diesmal mit dem Highlight Eisenberg, der höchsten Erhebung in der unmittelbaren Umgebung von Saalfeld. Ein Gipfelkreuz ist in der Region einmalig. Außerdem wird die Tour die Freunde von Singletrails mit engen Spitzkehren zufriedenstellen. Die findet man zum Auftakt am Röderberg bei Unterwirbach, hier noch in homöopathischer Dosierung. Nach der Auffahrt über Oberwirbach folgt dann die geballte Ladung. Vom Hainberg hinab ins Schwarzatal sind es fast 200 Höhenmeter feinster Zick-Zack-Trail. Der Trail ist nicht grob verblockt, sondern flüssig zu fahren, so dass man das Hinterradversetzen gut anwenden kann - in welcher technischen Variante auch immer. 😉 In Bad Blankenburg darf der Abstecher zum Chrysopras-Wehr an der Schwarza nicht fehlen. Das beliebte Fotomotiv ist immer wieder ein Hingucker. Wer noch nicht genug hat, hängt ab Remschütz die direkte Auffahrt zum Kulm dran (siehe MTB Saalfeld 03: Rundtour - Uhlstädter Heide → Kulm Doppeltrail...) und nimmt die Trailabfahrt durchs Melktal.

⚠️ Parcours à effectuer dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre. Ce parcours, comme toutes les sorties VTT autour de Saalfeld, offre des panoramas. Cette fois-ci avec le point fort Eisenberg, le sommet le plus élevé des environs immédiates de Saalfeld. Une croix de sommet unique dans la région. En outre, le parcours ravira les amateurs de singletrails avec des virages serrés en épingle à cheveux. On les trouve au début au Röderberg près de Unterwirbach, encore en faible dose ici. Après la montée via Oberwirbach, c'est la grosse charge. Depuis le Hainberg jusqu'au Schwarzatal, ce sont presque 200 mètres de dénivelé d'un sentier souple en zigzag. Le sentier n'est pas fortement encombré de blocs, mais fluide, de sorte que l'on peut bien appliquer le décalage de la roue arrière - quelle que soit la variante technique utilisée. 😉 À Bad Blankenburg, la visite au barrage de Chrysopras sur la Schwarza ne doit pas manquer. Ce point photo populaire est toujours un régal pour les yeux. Pour ceux qui n'en ont pas encore assez, à partir de Remschütz, il y a la montée directe vers le Kulm (voir MTB Saalfeld 03 : parcours circulaire - Uhlstädter Heide → Kulm double sentier...) et la descente en singletrail par la vallée de Melk.

This time with the highlight Eisenberg, the highest elevation in the immediate vicinity of Saalfeld. A summit cross is unique in the region. In addition, the tour will satisfy fans of single trails with tight switchbacks. You can find these at the start at Röderberg near Unterwirbach, still in a homoeopathic dose. After the ascent via Oberwirbach, the full load follows. From Hainberg down into Schwarzatal there are almost 200 meters of finest zig-zag trail. The trail is not rough-blocked but flows smoothly, so you can use the rear wheel shifting well - in any technical variant. 😉 A detour to the Chrysopras Weir at the Schwarza in Bad Blankenburg should not be missed. The popular photo motif is always an eye-catcher. If you have not had enough yet, from Remschütz attach the direct ascent to the Kulm (see MTB Saalfeld 03: Circuit - Uhlstädter Heath → Kulm Double Trail...) and take the trail descent through the Melk Valley.

Die Route ist nicht durch Wegweiser ausgewiesen. Das Befahren der Tour geschieht auf eigene Gefahr. Aktuell besteht im Wald eine erhöhte Gefahr durch absterbende Bäume. Weitere Informationen gibt es im Thüringer Wald Gesetz. Trailtoleranz: Auf weiten Teilen der Strecken wirst du einsam und allein unterwegs sein. Natürlich wird es auch Wegeabschnitte oder Orte geben, wo du andere Naturliebhaber treffen wirst, seien es Wanderer, Reiter o.a. Alle Nutzergruppen im Wald eint die Freude an der Bewegung im Freien. Deshalb ist ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang miteinander selbstverständlich. Als Mountainbiker fährst du defensiv, wenn du anderen begegnest.
