Ce chemin d'accès au sentier Hainichland commence au centre géographique de l'Allemagne. Une visite du musée et du site en plein air "Opfermoor Vogtei" est recommandée avant de passer par Mallinden pour atteindre Oberdorla. À Oberdorla, vous passez par le moulin Probstmühle et le village green remarquable. Après avoir dépassé la fontaine Melchior et le Kainsprung, vous arrivez après environ 6 km sur le sentier Hainichland. This access route to the Hainichlandweg starts at the geographical center of Germany. It is worth visiting the museum and open area "Opfermoor Vogtei" here before you reach Oberdorla, passing by the Mallinden. In Oberdorla, you pass the Probstmühle and the picturesque village green. After passing Melchiorbrunnen and Kainsprung, you reach the Hainichlandweg after about 6 km. Große Teile des Ortes, u.a. auch die Kirche St. Johannes der Täufer und das Pfarrhaus, fielen 1619 einem Großbrand zum Opfer. 1772 wurde der Wiederaufbau der Kirche vollendet. Gut erhalten ist die alte Dorfbefestigung. Dazu zählt das Fickentor, eines der letzten erhaltenen Steintore Thüringens. Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts stieß man beim Torfabbau auf frühgeschichtliche Spuren, die sich als Opfergaben an eine germanische Kultstätte erwiesen. Dieses Seeheiligtum legt Zeugnis über die heidnische Glaubenswelt seit dem 6. Jahrhundert v. u. Z. über 1000 Jahre hinweg bis zum Einsetzen der Christianisierung ab. Heute können die Funde aus dem Opfermoor und die Nachbauten einer Siedlung der Alten Germanen auf dem Freigelände und im Ausstellungszentrum <strong><a href="http://www.torzurwelt.de/contenido_allg/opfermoor/front_content.php">"Opfermoor Vogtei"</a></strong> besichtigt werden.</p> <p>Nach Besichtigung des geographischen Mittelpunkts und des Opfermoors wandern Sie nach Westen Richtung L2104. Biegen Sie anschließend links auf die Mühlhäuser Straße ein und überqueren Sie diese. Folgenden Sie dem Mahllindenweg ca. 450 m Richtung der <strong><a href="https://www.gemeinde-vogtei.de/verzeichnis/visitenkarte.php?mandat=193744">Mallinden</a></strong>. An diesem schattigen Plätzchen können Sie eine kleine Rast einlegen und in die Geschichte der Vogtei eintauchen. An dieser Stelle befand sich bis ins hohe Mittelalter die Gerichtsstätte der Mark Dorla.</p> <p>Überqueren Sie die stark befahrene Eisenacher Landstraße und folgen Sie dem kleinen Weg für ca. 400 m bis Sie auf die Bahnhofstraße treffen. Folgen Sie der Bahnhofstraße für ca. 800 m. Biegen Sie anschließend links auf An der Kirche ein. Sie erreichen den <strong>Dorfanger in Oberdorla</strong>. Mit einem halben Hektar Fläche einer der größten Dorfanger Thüringens.</p> <p>Vom Anger aus laufen Sie weiter auf An der Kirche vorbei an der Kirche Peter und Paul nach Westen Richtung Sperlingsberg. Sie erreichen die <strong><a href="https://www.gemeinde-vogtei.de/verzeichnis/visitenkarte.php?mandat=193740">Probstmühle</a> </strong>am Siebenmühlenbach. Nach einer umfassenden Sanierung wurde sie im Jahr 2006 wiedereröffnet. Durch den Förderverein Probstmühle Oberdorla/Vogtei wird nicht nur die Tradtion des Mühlenhandwerks, sondern auch die bis ins Jahr 1472 zurückgehende Tradition des Bierbrauens erhalten.</p> <p>Folgen Sie der Markierung für die Zuwege bis Sie die beiden <a href="https://www.gemeinde-vogtei.de/verzeichnis/visitenkarte.php?mandat=193742"><strong>Erdfallquellen Melchiorbrunnen und Kainsprung</strong></a> erreichen. Ihr Bestand hoher Bäume wie Weißbuchen, Stieleichen, Winterlinden, Eschen, Grauerlen und Silberweiden machen sie zu markanten Punkten in der Landschaft.  Die Erdfallquellen versorgen Ober- und Niederdorla mit Trinkwasser. </p> <p>Nach ca. 1,6 km erreichen Sie den <strong>Hainichlandweg</strong>. Folgen Sie nun der Streckenbeschreibung der <strong><a href="https://www.outdooractive.com/r/55121495/">2. Etappe</a></strong> des Hainichlandweges nach Struth.</p>

Large parts of the village, including the church of St. John the Baptist and the parsonage, fell victim to a major fire in 1619. The reconstruction of the church was completed in 1772. The old village fortifications are well preserved. This includes the Fickentor, one of the last remaining stone gates in Thuringia. In the mid-20th century, early historical traces were found during peat extraction, identified as offerings to a Germanic cult site. This lake sanctuary bears witness to the pagan belief system from the 6th century BC over 1000 years until the onset of Christianization. Today, the finds from the Opfermoor and replicas of a settlement of the Ancient Germans can be viewed in the open-air site and at the exhibition center <strong><a href="http://www.torzurwelt.de/contenido_allg/opfermoor/front_content.php">"Opfermoor Vogtei"</a></strong>.</p> <p>After visiting the geographical center and the Opfermoor, hike west towards L2104. Then turn left onto Mühlhäuser Straße and cross it. Follow Mahllindenweg about 450 m towards <strong><a href="https://www.gemeinde-vogtei.de/verzeichnis/visitenkarte.php?mandat=193744">Mallinden</a></strong>. You can take a short rest at this shady spot and immerse yourself in the history of the Vogtei. At this point, until the High Middle Ages, was the court place of the Mark Dorla.</p> <p>Cross the busy Eisenacher Landstraße and follow the small path for about 400 m until you reach Bahnhofstraße. Follow Bahnhofstraße for about 800 m. Then turn left onto An der Kirche. You reach the <strong>village green in Oberdorla</strong>, one of the largest village greens in Thuringia with an area of half a hectare.</p> <p>From the village green, continue past An der Kirche by the church of Peter and Paul west towards Sperlingsberg. You reach the <strong><a href="https://www.gemeinde-vogtei.de/verzeichnis/visitenkarte.php?mandat=193740">Probstmühle</a></strong> at the Siebenmühlenbach. After extensive renovation, it was reopened in 2006. The Förderverein Probstmühle Oberdorla/Vogtei maintains not only the tradition of milling but also the brewing tradition dating back to 1472.</p> <p>Follow the markings for the access routes until you reach the two <a href="https://www.gemeinde-vogtei.de/verzeichnis/visitenkarte.php?mandat=193742"><strong>sinkhole springs Melchiorbrunnen and Kainsprung</strong></a>. Their stands of tall trees such as beech, pedunculate oak, winter linden, ash, grey alder, and silver willow make them distinctive landscape features. The sinkhole springs supply Ober- and Niederdorla with drinking water. </p> <p>After about 1.6 km, you reach the <strong>Hainichlandweg</strong>. Large parts of the village, including the church of St. John the Baptist and the parsonage, fell victim to a major fire in 1619. The reconstruction of the church was completed in 1772. The old village fortifications are well preserved. This includes the Fickentor, one of the last remaining stone gates in Thuringia. In the mid-20th century, early historical traces were found during peat extraction, identified as offerings to a Germanic cult site. This lake sanctuary bears witness to the pagan belief system from the 6th century BC over 1000 years until the onset of Christianization. Today, the finds from the Opfermoor and replicas of a settlement of the Ancient Germans can be viewed in the open-air site and at the exhibition center "Opfermoor Vogtei". After visiting the geographical center and the Opfermoor, hike west towards L2104. Then turn left onto Mühlhäuser Straße and cross it. Follow Mahllindenweg about 450 m towards Mallinden. You can take a short rest at this shady spot and immerse yourself in the history of the Vogtei. At this point, until the High Middle Ages, was the court place of the Mark Dorla. Cross the busy Eisenacher Landstraße and follow the small path for about 400 m until you reach Bahnhofstraße. Follow Bahnhofstraße for about 800 m. Then turn left onto An der Kirche. You reach the village green in Oberdorla, one of the largest village greens in Thuringia with an area of half a hectare. From the village green, continue past An der Kirche by the church of Peter and Paul west towards Sperlingsberg. You reach the Probstmühle at the Siebenmühlenbach. After extensive renovation, it was reopened in 2006. The Förderverein Probstmühle Oberdorla/Vogtei maintains not only the tradition of milling but also the brewing tradition dating back to 1472. Follow the markings for the access routes until you reach the two sinkhole springs Melchiorbrunnen and Kainsprung. Their stands of tall trees such as beech, pedunculate oak, winter linden, ash, grey alder, and silver willow make them distinctive landscape features. The sinkhole springs supply Ober- and Niederdorla with drinking water.  After about 1.6 km, you reach the Hainichlandweg. Heute können die Funde aus dem Opfermoor und die Nachbauten einer Siedlung der Alten Germanen auf dem Freigelände und im Ausstellungszentrum "Opfermoor Vogtei" besichtigt werden. Nach Besichtigung des geographischen Mittelpunkts und des Opfermoors wandern Sie nach Westen Richtung L2104. Biegen Sie anschließend links auf die Mühlhäuser Straße ein und überqueren Sie diese. Folgenden Sie dem Mahllindenweg ca. 450 m Richtung der Mallinden. An diesem schattigen Plätzchen können Sie eine kleine Rast einlegen und in die Geschichte der Vogtei eintauchen. An dieser Stelle befand sich bis ins hohe Mittelalter die Gerichtsstätte der Mark Dorla. Überqueren Sie die stark befahrene Eisenacher Landstraße und folgen Sie dem kleinen Weg für ca. 400 m bis Sie auf die Bahnhofstraße treffen. Folgen Sie der Bahnhofstraße für ca. 800 m. Biegen Sie anschließend links auf An der Kirche ein. Sie erreichen den Dorfanger in Oberdorla. Mit einem halben Hektar Fläche einer der größten Dorfanger Thüringens. Vom Anger aus laufen Sie weiter auf An der Kirche vorbei an der Kirche Peter und Paul nach Westen Richtung Sperlingsberg. Sie erreichen die Probstmühle am Siebenmühlenbach. Nach einer umfassenden Sanierung wurde sie im Jahr 2006 wiedereröffnet. Durch den Förderverein Probstmühle Oberdorla/Vogtei wird nicht nur die Tradtion des Mühlenhandwerks, sondern auch die bis ins Jahr 1472 zurückgehende Tradition des Bierbrauens erhalten. Folgen Sie der Markierung für die Zuwege bis Sie die beiden Erdfallquellen Melchiorbrunnen und Kainsprung erreichen. Ihr Bestand hoher Bäume wie Weißbuchen, Stieleichen, Winterlinden, Eschen, Grauerlen und Silberweiden machen sie zu markanten Punkten in der Landschaft.  Die Erdfallquellen versorgen Ober- und Niederdorla mit Trinkwasser.  Nach ca. 1,6 km erreichen Sie den Hainichlandweg.
