Der Rundweg startet am Wanderparkplatz Lubenbachtal. Folge dem Straßenverlauf ein kurzes Stück bis zur L 3247, überquere diese am Übergang und nehme weiter den gegenüberliegenden "Helmer Weg" als Fortführung. Den Einstieg erkennst du sofort an dem imposanten Eingangsportal, wo ein Schmied und eine Kloßfrau -aus Holz geschnitzt- die Wanderer begrüßen. Von da aus kommst du zum Waldfriedhof und biegst dort rechts ab. Nach einem leichtem Anstieg vorbei am Pumpwerk Adamsrod erscheint rechtsseitig die erste Thementafel zum "Fuhrmannswesen". Der Weg führt weiter bergan und du gelangst zur Dammwiese. Hier ist ein besonders schöner Platz zum Verweilen: Es wird über das Hirtenwesen informiert, auf einer Liegebank kann man den Blick über die Bergwiesen schweifen lassen und eine Holzskulptur wertet das landschaftlich schöne Fotomotiv zusätzlich auf. Und schon nach der nächsten Etappe bietet sich ein weiterer Grund zur Pause: Die Bergbaude Veilchenbrunnen lädt zu einem Einkehrschwung ein, genau so wie die noch folgenden Gastronomiebetriebe "Sterngrund" und "Waldmühle". Unterhalb der Berghütte Veilchenbrunnen führt der Weg weiter bis zum Abzweig Sterngrund. Hier findest du die Thementafel Nr. 3, die "Köhlerei". Kurz danach befindet sich an einem idyllischen kleinen Teich eine weitere Sitzgruppe, bevor du zum Hotel Sterngrund kommst. Anschließend überquerst du wiederum die L 3247 (bitte vorsichtig am Übergang- Kurve) und folgst einem schmalen Pfad bis zur Tafel "Forst- und Holzwirtschaft". Gleich danach stößt du auf die Lubenbachstraße, welche du rechts weitergehst. Das Technikmuseum Gesenkschmiede wartet linksseitig mit "Technik zum Anfassen" auf und bietet zusätzlich eine kleine, aber feine Kneippanlage in der Außenanlage. Gegenüber des Museums vervollständigt die Tafel zum Mühlenwesen die Informationen zu den historischen Gewerken, die es früher hier gab. Die letzte Einkehrmöglichkeit, das Hotel "Waldmühle" liegt auf der linken Seite des Weges, kurz darauf bist du wieder am Ausgangspunkt/Parkplatz zurück.

Le parcours circulaire commence au parking de randonnée de Lubenbachtal. Suis un court tronçon de la route jusqu'à la L 3247, traverse-la au passage piéton, puis continue en prenant en face le "Helmer Weg". L'entrée est immédiatement reconnaissable grâce à un imposant portail d'accueil, où un forgeron et une femme de potée sculptés en bois saluent les randonneurs. De là, tu arrives au cimetière forestier et prends à droite. Après une légère montée, en passant par la station de pompage Adamsrod, apparaît sur la droite le premier panneau thématique sur le métier de charron. Le chemin continue en montée jusqu'à la prairie Damm. C’est un endroit particulièrement agréable pour une pause : on y trouve des informations sur le métier de berger, un banc allongé permet de contempler les prairies de montagne, et une sculpture en bois valorise le joli sujet photographique. Juste après, une autre raison de faire une pause s’offre à toi : la Auberge de montagne Veilchenbrunnen invite à une halte, tout comme les autres établissements gastronomie suivants "Sterngrund" et "Waldmühle". Sous l’auberge Veilchenbrunnen, le chemin continue jusqu’à la bifurcation Sterngrund. Là, tu trouveras le panneau thématique n° 3, la "charbonnerie". Peu après, sur les bords d’un joli petit étang, une autre aire de repos est installée, avant d’arriver à l’hôtel Sterngrund. Tu traverses encore une fois la L 3247 (prends garde à la courbe au passage) et suis un sentier étroit jusqu’au panneau "Sylviculture et exploitation du bois". Juste après, tu arrives à la rue Lubenbach, que tu prends à droite. Le Musée technique Gesenkschmiede t’attend à gauche avec sa "technique à toucher" et propose en plus une petite mais charmante installation Kneipp en plein air. En face du musée, le panneau sur le métier de meunier complète les informations sur les métiers historiques qui existaient autrefois ici. Le dernier lieu de restauration, l’hôtel "Waldmühle", se trouve sur la gauche du chemin, peu après tu es de retour au point de départ/parking.

The circular route starts at the hiking parking lot Lubenbachtal. Follow the road a short distance to L 3247, cross it at the crossing and continue on the opposite "Helmer Weg". You will immediately recognize the entrance by the impressive portal where a blacksmith and a dumpling woman carved from wood welcome hikers. From there, you reach Waldfriedhof and turn right. After a slight ascent past the Adamsrod pumping station, the first themed board on "wagoner business" appears on the right. The path continues uphill and leads to Dammwiese. Here is a particularly nice spot to linger: information on shepherding is provided, a bench invites you to enjoy the view over the mountain meadows, and a wooden sculpture enhances the picturesque photo opportunity. After the next stage, another reason to take a break offers itself: the mountain hut Veilchenbrunnen invites you to stop by, as do the following gastronomy businesses "Sterngrund" and "Waldmühle". Below the mountain hut Veilchenbrunnen, the path continues to the Sterngrund junction. Here you will find the themed board no. 3, the "charcoal burning". Shortly thereafter, another seating group is located by an idyllic small pond before you reach Hotel Sterngrund. Then you cross L 3247 again (please be careful at the crossing - curve) and follow a narrow path to the board "Forestry and Timber Industry". Immediately afterwards, you reach Lubenbachstraße, which you take to the right. The Technology Museum Gesenkschmiede awaits on the left with "technology to touch" and additionally offers a small but fine Kneipp facility in the outdoor area. Opposite the museum, the board on milling completes the information on historical trades that used to exist here. The last dining option, the Hotel "Waldmühle", is located on the left side of the path; shortly afterwards you return to the starting point/parking lot.
