Auf diesen schmalen Pfaden führt die Tour an den ehemaligen Tongruben der Ummerstadter Töpfer vorbei, bis hinauf zum Gipfel des Berges. Über den Rundweg geht es zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Terrainkur bedeutet dosiertes und achtsames Wandern, Nordic-Walking und Joggen in schöner Landschaft. Die Kurwege sind bestens zum Erholen und zur Stärkung des Herz-Kreislaufsystems geeignet und ein wichtiges unterstützendes Element im ganzheitlichen Kur- und Therapieansatzes. Yoga- und Atemübungen aber auch Pausen zum Waldbaden sind willkommene Ergänzungen und tragen zur Erholung bei.

On these narrow paths, the route passes the former clay pits of the Ummerstadt potters, going up to the summit of the mountain. The circular path leads back to the starting point. Terrain cure means moderate and mindful hiking, Nordic walking, and jogging in beautiful surroundings. The health paths are excellent for relaxation and strengthening the cardiovascular system, and represent an important supportive element in holistic health and therapy approaches. Yoga and breathing exercises as well as breaks for forest bathing are welcome additions and contribute to relaxation.

Sur ces sentiers étroits, le parcours passe à côté des anciennes carrières d'argile des potiers d'Ummerstadt, jusqu'au sommet de la montagne. Le circuit ramène au point de départ. La promenade thérapeutique signifie randonnée, marche nordique et jogging dosés et attentifs dans un beau paysage. Les sentiers de cure sont parfaits pour se détendre et renforcer le système cardio-vasculaire et constituent un élément de soutien important dans l'approche thérapeutique et globale de la cure. Les exercices de yoga et de respiration ainsi que les pauses pour le bain de forêt sont des compléments bienvenus qui contribuent à la relaxation.

Vorbei am "Tannenranger" beginnt rechter Hand alsbald der nächste Abschnitt des "Promenadenwegs", wie die alten Kurterrainwege genannt werden. Entlang zahlreicher Blaubeersträucher und ehemaliger Tongruben, die früher der Töpferstadt Ummerstadt als Rohstofflieferant dienten. Der Bad Colberger Ton ist von ganz besonderer Qualität - er ist sehr hell, fast weiß, weshalb er auch zur Porzellanherstellung genutzt wurde. Der Abbau zum Töpfern erfolgte bis Anfang der 2. Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die Vertiefungen rund um den Tonberg erzählen heute noch davon. Der Promenadenweg endet auf dem Gipfel des Berges, wo man in einer überdachten Wetterschutz-Hütte eine Rast einlegen kann. Von dort aus führt die Tour zum Forstweg um den Berg herum und wieder hinab nach Bad Colberg zum Ausgangspunkt.
