Die Mountainbike Rundstrecke beginnt in Wildflecken-Oberbach am UNESCO Biosphärenzentrum "Haus der Schwarzen Berge". In der dortigen Tourist Information und den Ausstellungsräumen kann man sich zu den Besonderheiten der Rhöner Natur informieren lassen. Auch Tipps zu weiteren Ausflugszielen sind hier erhältlich. Von Oberbach aus startet die Tour mit dem Anstieg zum Lösershag (765m), welcher durchaus fordernd ist. An der dortigen Bike&Ride Station kann man seine Räder abstellen und den kurzen Fußweg zum Gipfel des Berges erklimmen. In der Kernzone Lösershag, eine der ersten des UNESCO Biosphärenreservats Rhön, haben viele selten Tier- und Pflanzenarten ihr Zuhause. Die Bergulme, die andernorts verschwunden ist, kann hier noch entdeckt werden. Auch Schmetterlinge und Schnecken sind hier zahlreich zu finden.  Vom Löserhag verläuft die Tour über den Feuerberg (832m) weiter zum ehemaligen Basaltwerk Stangenroth. Über den Willenstöpfelküppel (646m) kommt man zurück nach Oberbach.

Le parcours VTT circulaire commence à Wildflecken-Oberbach, au centre de la biosphère UNESCO « Haus der Schwarzen Berge ». Dans l’office de tourisme et les salles d’exposition, tu peux t’informer sur les particularités de la nature rhönienne. Des conseils pour d’autres destinations sont également disponibles. Depuis Oberbach, la balade démarre avec l'ascension vers le Lösershag (765 m), qui est assez exigeante. À la station Bike&Ride locale, tu peux garer ton vélo et gravir le court chemin à pied jusqu’au sommet de la montagne. Dans la zone centrale de Löserhag, l’une des premières réserves de la biosphère UNESCO Rhön, de nombreuses espèces rares d’animaux et de plantes trouvent leur habitat. L’orme de montagne, qui a disparu ailleurs, peut encore être découvert ici. Les papillons et les escargots y sont aussi nombreux. Depuis le Lösershag, le parcours continue par le Feuerberg (832 m) jusqu'à l’ancienne carrière de basalte de Stangenroth. Par le Willenstöpfelküppel (646 m), on revient à Oberbach.

The mountain bike circular route starts in Wildflecken-Oberbach at the UNESCO Biosphere Centre "Haus der Schwarzen Berge." At the local tourist information and exhibition rooms, you can learn about the special features of Rhön’s nature. Tips for other excursion destinations are also available here. From Oberbach, the route starts with the climb to Löserhag (765m), which is quite demanding. At the local Bike & Ride station, you can park your bikes and hike the short footpath to the summit of the mountain. In the Löserhag core zone, one of the first of the UNESCO Rhön Biosphere Reserve, many rare animal and plant species have their home. The mountain elm, which has disappeared elsewhere, can still be found here. Butterflies and snails are also abundant here.  From Löserhag, the route continues over the Feuerberg (832m) to the former basalt quarry Stangenroth. Over the Willenstöpfel summit (646m), it returns back to Oberbach.

thuecat:safetyGuidelines @de Der Anstieg von Oberbach zum Lösershag ist anspruchsvoll und somit für Mountainbiker mit hoher Kondition geeignet. Andere Mountainbiker sollten sich hier etwas mehr Zeit für kleine Pausen einplanen. Die touristischen Wege der Rhön werden meistens auch von anderen Aktiven genutzt (Wanderern, Mountainbikern, Radfahrer, Spaziergängern, Reitern, Langläufer, etc.). Wir bitten alle aktiven Natursportler aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen. Gleiches gilt natürlich auch für die Natur - diese ist schützenswert. In der Rhön soll deshalb nur auf dafür ausgewiesenen Wegen und Flächen Natursport bei Tageslicht betrieben werden. * In der Rhön werden die Wege gemeinsam genutzt. Bei gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme muss sich niemand ärgern. * Auf Trails und Wegen fährt es sich am Besten. Quer durch die Wiese - macht man nicht! * Nimm die Erinnerung mit und deinen Müll! * Fahre nie schneller, als du anhalten kannst.  * Nachts (und im Winter) gehört der Wald den Tieren. Wir empfehlen euch die Mountainbike Rundwege nur in der Sommersaison zu befahren (Mai-Oktober).
thuecat:safetyGuidelines @fr L'ascension d'Oberbach au Lösershag est exigeante et donc adaptée aux vététistes avec une bonne condition physique. Les autres vététistes devraient prévoir un peu plus de temps pour de courtes pauses. Les sentiers touristiques de la Rhön sont généralement aussi utilisés par d'autres pratiquants (randonneurs, vététistes, cyclistes, promeneurs, cavaliers, skieurs de fond, etc.). Nous demandons à tous les sportifs de plein air de faire preuve de respect les uns envers les autres. Il en va bien sûr de même pour la nature – celle-ci mérite d'être protégée. Dans la Rhön, les activités sportives en plein air ne doivent donc être pratiquées que sur les chemins et zones désignés et uniquement pendant la journée. * Dans la Rhön, les chemins sont partagés. Avec un respect mutuel, personne ne sera contrarié. * Il est préférable de rouler sur les sentiers et chemins. Traverser les prairies, c’est à éviter ! * Emporte tes souvenirs et tes déchets avec toi ! * Ne roule jamais plus vite que ta capacité à t’arrêter. * La nuit (et en hiver), la forêt appartient aux animaux. Nous vous recommandons d'emprunter les parcours VTT uniquement en saison estivale (mai-octobre).

We ask all active outdoor sports enthusiasts to be considerate of each other. The same naturally applies to nature – which is worth protecting. In the Rhön, outdoor sports should therefore only be undertaken on designated paths and areas during daylight. * Paths in the Rhön are shared. With mutual consideration, no one has to get upset. * It’s best to ride on trails and paths. Don’t ride across the meadow! * Take your memories and your rubbish with you! * Never ride faster than you can stop. * At night (and in winter) the forest belongs to the animals. We recommend that you ride the mountain bike circular routes only in the summer season (May-October).

Gleiches gilt natürlich auch für die Natur - diese ist schützenswert. In der Rhön soll deshalb nur auf dafür ausgewiesenen Wegen und Flächen Natursport bei Tageslicht betrieben werden.</p> <ul> <li>In der Rhön werden die Wege gemeinsam genutzt. Bei gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme muss sich niemand ärgern.</li> <li>Auf Trails und Wegen fährt es sich am Besten. Quer durch die Wiese - macht man nicht!</li> <li>Nimm die Erinnerung mit und deinen Müll!</li> <li>Fahre nie schneller, als du anhalten kannst. </li> <li>Nachts (und im Winter) gehört der Wald den Tieren.</li> </ul> <p>Wir empfehlen euch die Mountainbike Rundwege nur in der Sommersaison zu befahren (Mai-Oktober).</p>
