The starting point is Neustädter Haus, a Rhön hiking hut where you can also park directly. From there, the entrance to the Flowtrail is just a short distance east of the parking lot. Now the ride on the nearly 2-kilometer-long trail can begin. Obstacles such as jumps, tables, waves, berms, and a North Shore element await you. All elements can be bypassed if you do not want to or cannot jump over them. Exactly 150 meters lower, the descent ends. Le point de départ est le Neustädter Haus, une cabane de randonnée de la Rhön où vous pouvez aussi vous garer directement. De là, l'entrée du Flowtrail se trouve juste un peu à l'est du parking. La descente sur le trail de presque 2 kilomètres peut alors commencer. Vous y trouverez des obstacles comme des sauts, des tables, des vagues, des virages relevés et un élément North Shore.  Tous ces éléments peuvent être contournés si vous ne souhaitez pas ou ne pouvez pas les franchir. La descente se termine exactement 150 mètres plus bas. Startpunkt ist das Neustädter Haus, eine Rhöner Wanderhütte an der ihr auch direkt parken könnt. Von dort aus liegt der Einstieg in den Flowtrail nur eine kurzes Stück östlich des Parkplatzes. Nun kann die Fahrt auf dem fast 2 Kilometer langen Trail beginnen. Als Obstaclesn erwarten euch Sprünge, Tables, Wellen, Anlieger und ein North Shore Element.  Alle Element können umfahren werden, wenn man diese nicht überbrücken möchte/kann. Genau 150 Höhenmeter tiefer ist die Abfahrt dann beendet. Zurück zu dem Startpunkt kommt man auf einem geteerten Weg.  Es gibt Nutzungsbestimmungen für den Flowtrail Kreuzberg. Vous pouvez vous y arrêter ou suivre depuis là la signalisation vers le Neustädter Haus. </p> <p>Le départ du Flowtrail se trouve à côté du Neustädter Haus ; la sortie se situe près du parking Irenkreuz. </p>
