Die Via Porta ist ein Pilgerweg vom evangelischen Kloster Volkenroda im thüringischen Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis zum Kloster Waldsassen im Oberpfälzer Landkreis Tirschenreuth und ist die historische Verbindung zwischen dem ehemaligen Zisterzienserkloster und seinem Tochterkloster. Die Via Porta verläuft über eine Länge von etwa 300 km durch das Thüringer Becken, den Hainich, den Thüringer Wald und das Thüringer Schiefergebirge, dann durch das Fichtelgebirge bis in die Oberpfalz. Der Weg kann in 18 Tagesetappen begangen werden. Zwei davon führen durch Tschechien. Die Etappe 2 führt Sie von Weberstedt nach Behringen.

La Via Porta est un chemin de pèlerinage reliant le monastère protestant de Volkenroda, dans le district thuringien d'Unstrut-Hainich, au monastère de Waldsassen, dans le district d'Oberpfälzer Land de Tirschenreuth. Il représente la connexion historique entre l'ancien monastère cistercien et son monastère fille. La Via Porta s’étend sur environ 300 km à travers le bassin de Thuringe, le Hainich, la forêt de Thuringe et le massif schisteux de Thuringe, puis traverse le Fichtelgebirge jusqu'à l'Oberpfalz. The Via Porta is a pilgrimage route from the Protestant Volkenroda Monastery in the Thuringian Unstrut-Hainich district to the Waldsassen Monastery in the Upper Palatinate district of Tirschenreuth and is the historical connection between the former Cistercian monastery and its daughter house. The Via Porta runs for about 300 km through the Thuringian Basin, the Hainich, the Thuringian Forest and the Thuringian Slate Mountains, then through the Fichtel Mountains into the Upper Palatinate. The path can be covered in 18 daily stages. Two of these lead through the Czech Republic. Stage 2 takes you from Weberstedt to Behringen.

Dort nach Weberstedt auf die Langensalzaer Str. links abbiegen. </p> <p><strong>von Nordosten</strong></p> <p>Über die A38 Abfahrt Sondershausen; der B4 Richtung Sondershausen folgen; nachdem Sondershausen passiert wurde, der B249 Richtung Mühlhausen/Bad Langensalza folgen; in Ebeleben auf die B84 Richtung Bad Langensalza abbiegen und bis Bad Langensalza fahren; in Bad Langensalza rechts abbiegen auf Rasenmühle; dem Straßenverlauf folgen auf Feldstraße und Kleinspehnstraße; im Kreisverkehr die 2. Ausfahrt nehmen und anschließend rechts abbiegen auf Mühlhäuser Landstraße; auf die B247 nach Mühlhausen abbiegen; der B84 Richtung Mühlhausen folgen; dem Streckenverlauf bis Schönstedt folgen.
