Da diese Tour am Marktplatz in Bischofsheim startet gehen nicht alle Trails bergab. Über die Feriensiedlung in Haselbach erreicht man den Panoramaweg. Wenn man ihm folgt gelangt man an der Abzweigung Arnsberglifte zum Snaketrail 3.0 . Vorbei am Schoffsbrönn gelangt man zum Wildfleckener Trail und damit von unten zum Kloster Kreuzberg. Nach dem kurzen, knackigen letzten Anstieg zum Kreuzberg-Gipfel beginnt die Abfahrt über die Berglaufstrecke, den Trail am Kreuzberg, den Flowtrial am Kreuzberg und den Snaketrail 10.0 . Vorbei am Campingplatz, dem Freibad und der Rollsportanlage „Four Seasons“ mit Pumptrack kehren zurück nach Bischofsheim.

En passant par le camping, la piscine en plein air et la patinoire « Four Seasons » avec pumptrack, vous revenez à Bischofsheim.

Since this route starts at the marketplace in Bischofsheim, not all trails go downhill. Via the holiday settlement in Haselbach, you reach the panorama trail. If you follow it, you come to the Arnsberglifte junction to the Snaketrail 3.0. Past Schoffsbrönn you reach the Wildfleckener trail and thus from below to the Kreuzberg monastery. After the short, sharp last ascent to the Kreuzberg summit, the descent begins via the mountain running route, the trail at Kreuzberg, the flow trail at Kreuzberg, and the Snaketrail 10.0. Past the campsite, the outdoor pool, and the roller sports facility “Four Seasons” with pump track, you return back to Bischofsheim.
