Zuerst geht´s noch ganz harmlos über den Radweg in Richtung Frankenheim. Doch kurz vor der Ortschaft biegt man nach links in die erste Steigung ab, die mit bis zu 16 % durchaus etwas zu bieten hat. Über die Skistation der Arnsberglifte führt die Route am Schoffsbrönn vorbei zum Kloster Kreuzberg. Die Art der Einkehr bleibt jedem selbst überlassen. Es ist dann nurmehr ein Katzensprung bis zum Sender und dem Gipfelkreuz des Kreuzbergs. Zügig gelangt man über die Skipiste zur Gemündner Hütte. Doch ist man auf diesem Streckenabschnitt als Biker nicht alleine unterwegs. Das Gleiche gilt für die Weiterfahrt zum Neustädter Haus. Erst den Flowtrail am Kreuzberg können die Biker einfach so unter die Stollen nehmen. Mehrere Abzweigungen und unterschiedliche Trails bringen uns zur Mariengrotte von Unterweißenbrunn. Entlang der Leutnau kommt man anschließend zurück.

Au début, on suit tranquillement la piste cyclable en direction de Frankenheim. Mais juste avant le village, on tourne à gauche pour la première montée, qui peut atteindre jusqu'à 16 %. Le parcours passe par la station de ski des Arnsberglifte, longe le Schoffsbrönn, puis mène au monastère Kreuzberg. Chacun peut choisir son type de restauration. Il ne reste alors qu'un court trajet jusqu'à l'émetteur et la croix sommitale du Kreuzberg. Rapidement, on rejoint la Gemündner Hütte via la piste de ski. Sur ce tronçon, les vététistes ne sont toutefois pas seuls. Il en est de même pour la suite vers la maison Neustädter. Seul le flowtrail au Kreuzberg peut être abordé librement par les vététistes. Plusieurs bifurcations et différents sentiers nous conduisent à la grotte Marie de Unterweißenbrunn. En suivant la Leutnau, on revient ensuite au point de départ.

Via the ski station of the Arnsberg lifts, the route leads past Schoffsbrönn to the Kreuzberg Monastery. The type of refreshment stop is up to each person. It is then only a stone's throw to the transmitter and the summit cross of the Kreuzberg. Quickly, one reaches the Gemündner Hut via the ski slope. But on this section of the route, bikers are not alone. The same applies for the further ride to the Neustädter House. Only the Flow Trail on Kreuzberg can bikers tackle freely. Several branches and different trails lead us to the Marian Grotto of Unterweißenbrunn. Along the Leutnau, one then comes back.
