Vom Wanderparkplatz „Neuen Brunnen“ aus führt Sie diese Wandertour auf etwa 14 Kilometer Länge stets bergauf. Auf dem Forstweg über den Mittelberg wandern Sie am Steinbruch vorbei zu den Braunschen Löchern und der Egelsburg. Seitlich des Galgenbergs am Madeholz entlang, führt Sie der Weg weiter zum Warteberg – dem Mittelpunkt Deutschlands! Der anschließende Abstieg erfolgt seitlich am Flinsberg vorbei auf den Kammweg Richtung Kalteneber. Entlang des Weges können viele Hinweise auf die Geologie des Muschelkalks im Eichsfeld gefunden werden. Nach dem Abzweig zum Berg „Bergel“ ist Ihr Ziel schon zu erkennen. Die Klus Kalteneber ist eine kleine Kapelle bzw. Mönchklause.

Depuis le parking de randonnée „Neuen Brunnen“, ce parcours de randonnée d'environ 14 kilomètres monte toujours. Sur le chemin forestier via le Mittelberg, vous marchez en passant par la carrière vers les trous de Braunsche et l'Egelsburg. Sur le côté du Galgenberg, le long du Madeholz, le chemin continue vers le Warteberg – le centre de l'Allemagne ! La descente suivante se fait côté Flinsberg sur le chemin de crête en direction de Kalteneber. Le long du chemin, de nombreux indices sur la géologie du Muschelkalk dans l'Eichsfeld peuvent être trouvés. Après la bifurcation vers la montagne « Bergel », votre destination est déjà visible. Le Klus Kalteneber est une petite chapelle ou cellule de moine.

From the hiking car park „Neuen Brunnen“ this hiking route leads you about 14 kilometers always uphill. Along the forest road over the Mittelberg you hike past the quarry to the Braunsche Löcher and the Egelsburg. Beside the Galgenberg along the Madeholz, the path continues to the Warteberg – the center of Germany! The following descent leads past the Flinsberg on the side to the ridge path towards Kalteneber. Along the way you can find many references to the geology of the Muschelkalk in Eichsfeld. After the turnoff to the mountain „Bergel“ your destination can already be seen. The Kalteneber Kluß is a small chapel or monk's hermitage.
