For all active mountain bikers looking for a challenging and varied route, we recommend this enduro-focused route that offers both beautiful uphills and impressive views. The route starts below the Inselsberg in Bad Tabarz and begins with an entry into steeper terrain. Our route patron Sarah especially wants to recommend the Schöne Leite Trail. It is one of the longest trails and is sprinkled with some technical passages, curves, as well as slightly steeper terrain. So, you can expect some curves here before you arrive in the Lauchagrund and can directly climb to the next trail. The remaining trails are mainly concentrated around the Datenberg, which serves as a central point. Here you can expect several enduro trails. All descents require concentration but also offer plenty of fun for playful riders. This route is especially suitable for advanced riders and those wanting to improve their riding skills. After the tour, we recommend a stop at Die Teigmacher for a refreshment with a snack, cake, or an espresso. The route in brief: Start / finish: Pumptrack Lauchagrundstraße Parking: Kurpark parking lot, Lauchgrundstraße Catering tips: Die Teigmacher and Hotel zur Post in Bad Tabarz Highlights: Lauchagrund, Datenberg, Tabarzer trails Difficulty: black Trails in order: - The Rat: 0.92 km, 176 m elevation, black - Rollercoaster: 2.84 km, 284 m elevation, red - Enduro Line: 0.84 km, 139 m elevation, black - Flowtrail: 1.24 km, 134 m elevation, blue
