Die Tour startet am Gersfelder Marktplatz und führt auf einem Pfad am Alten Weiher vorbei - nach der Brücke über die Fulda geht es nach Sandberg und anschließend in die beliebte, wildromantische Kaskadenschlucht. Der Weg ist abwechslungsreich, in der Schlucht geht es auch mal über Steine oder kleine Holzbrücken. Besonders an heißen Sommertagen ist es hier angenehm kühl und schattig. Nach dem Aufstieg wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht vom Feldberg über den kompletten Gersfelder Talkessel belohnt - mehrere Bänke laden zum Erholen ein. Le parcours commence sur la place du marché de Gersfeld et suit un sentier passant près du vieux étang - après le pont sur la Fulda, il mène à Sandberg puis à la populaire et sauvage gorge en cascade. Le chemin est varié, dans la gorge on passe parfois par des pierres ou de petits ponts en bois. Par temps chaud d'été, il fait agréablement frais et ombragé ici. Après la montée, on est récompensé par une vue superbe depuis le Feldberg sur toute la cuvette de la vallée de Gersfeld - plusieurs bancs invitent à la détente. The route starts at Gersfeld marketplace and leads along a path past the Old Pond - after the bridge over the Fulda, it goes to Sandberg and then into the popular, wild and romantic Cascade Gorge.
