Die Tour beginnt an der Thüringer Meer Touristinformation in Saalburg-Ebersdorf (OT Saalburg) und dem unweit befindlichen Schiffsanlager von Saalburg, direkt am Thüringer Meer. Hier startet dein kleines Abenteuer mit einer besonderen Etappe: Statt loszulaufen, gehst du an Bord der Fahrgastschifffahrt. Während das Schiff vom Ufer ablegt, heißt es: zurücklehnen, durchatmen und genießen. Die leichte Brise, das Glitzern der Wellen und der Blick auf die bewaldeten Hänge ringsum machen diese Passage zum ersten Höhepunkt des Tages. Schon nach wenigen Minuten breitet sich Urlaubsstimmung aus – so fühlt sich Naturauszeit an. Nach rund 45 Minuten legt das Schiff am Fuß des Heinrichsteins an. Hier beginnt die Wanderung zurück nach Saalburg – abwechslungsreich, naturnah und voller schöner Momente. Angelandet am Aussichtspunkt Seeblick (Schiffsanlegestelle Heinrichstein) startet die Wanderung direkt am Ufer des Bleilochstausees in Richtung Saalburg. ___ Tipp: Für Wanderer mit Zeit und Luft für den straffen Anstieg lohnt sich der Abstecher direkt zu Beginn in die Gegenrichtung zum Aussichtspunkt Heinrichstein: Vom Felsplateau aus öffnet sich ein weiter Blick über das Thüringer Meer auf die Saaleschleife– Wasser, dichter Wald und die Silhouetten der umliegenden Höhenzüge zeichnen ein Bild wie aus dem Wanderkatalog. Wer möchte, gönnt sich hier die erste Pause und lässt die Seele baumeln. ___ Am Aussichtspunkt Seeblick findet man einen kleinen, feinen Platz mit Sitzbank und freier Sicht auf das südliche Ufer und die Saaleschleife. Hier spürt man, wie nah Wasser und Wald sich begegnen, wie harmonisch sich Natur und Mensch ergänzen. Nach wenigen Gehminuten im Wald und am Ufer des Thüringer Meers erreichst du die Ruhebene – ein Uferplateau der Saale auf dem sich die ehemalige Ruhmühle befand (heute überfluteter Bereich und neu Aufgebaut im OT Ebersdorf). Von hier schlängelt sich der Weg bergauf bis zum Blaupunkt, einem markanten Aussichtspunkt am dem sich an sonnigen Tagen das Blau des Himmels als Blau des Wassers spiegelt. Jetzt verändert sich die Landschaft: durch ein idyllisches Tal mit ehemaliger Hammermühle wird der Weg breiter, du wanderst aus dem Tal hinaus durch Zoppoten, ein verträumtes aber überraschend lebendiges Dorf im Herzen von Saalburg-Ebersdorf. Kurz darauf erreichst du das Luchsloch – ein sagenumwobener Ort, der geheimnisvoll im Schatten der Bäume liegt und seinen Namen überlieferungen nach den unterhalb befindlichen alten Luchslöchern im Berghang verdankt. Ob es hier wirklich einst Luchse gab? Vielleicht. Sicher ist: Die Atmosphäre hier hat etwas Atemberaubendes. Wer still ist, hört nur Wind, Vögel und vielleicht ein Rascheln im Unterholz und erfährt einen weiten Blick ins Saaletal. Der nächste Abschnitt führt dich sanft ansteigend meist mit Blick aufs Thüringer Meer nach Pöritzsch. Von hier genießt du noch einmal weite Blicke über das Thüringer Schiefergebirge – ideal für ein paar letzte Fotos, bevor du den finalen Abschnitt nach Saalburg in Angriff nimmst. Du wanderst nun über einen Wiesenpfad zurück Richtung See. Mit jedem Schritt näherst du dich dem Ziel – und irgendwann öffnet sich erneut der Blick auf das Wasser und den Orstteil Saalburg am Sonnenhang des Thüringer Meers. Der Kreis schließt sich dort, wo alles begonnen hat: am Schiffsanleger und der Thüringer Meer Touristinformation von Saalburg-Ebersdorf.

En quelques minutes seulement, une atmosphère de vacances s’installe – voilà ce qu’est une pause nature. Après environ 45 minutes, le bateau accoste au pied du Heinrichstein. Là commence la randonnée de retour à Saalburg – variée, proche de la nature et pleine de beaux moments. À l’arrivée au point de vue Seeblick (embarcadère Heinrichstein), la randonnée démarre directement au bord du réservoir de Bleiloch en direction de Saalburg. ___ Conseil : Pour les randonneurs ayant le temps et l’énergie pour la montée raide, le détour dès le départ vers le point de vue Heinrichstein en sens inverse vaut le coup : du plateau rocheux s’ouvre une large vue sur la mer de Thuringe et la boucle de la Saale – eau, forêt dense et silhouettes des hauteurs environnantes forment un tableau digne d’un catalogue de randonnées. Ceux qui le souhaitent peuvent s’y accorder la première pause et laisser leur esprit vagabonder. ___ Au point de vue Seeblick, vous trouverez un petit coin agréable avec un banc et une vue dégagée sur la rive sud et la boucle de la Saale. On y sent la proximité entre l’eau et la forêt, l’harmonie entre la nature et l’homme. Après quelques minutes de marche en forêt et au bord de la mer de Thuringe, vous atteindrez la Ruhebene – un plateau sur la rive de la Saale où se trouvait autrefois le moulin à farine (aujourd’hui zone inondée et reconstruite dans le quartier OT Ebersdorf). De là, le chemin s’enroule en montée jusqu’au Blaupunkt, un point de vue remarquable où le bleu du ciel se reflète en journée ensoleillée dans l’eau. Le paysage change alors : à travers une vallée idyllique avec l’ancien moulin à marteaux, le sentier s’élargit, et vous sortez de la vallée par Zoppoten, un village paisible mais étonnamment animé au cœur de Saalburg-Ebersdorf. Bientôt, vous atteignez le Luchsloch – un lieu légendaire mystérieux à l’ombre des arbres, nommé d’après des anciennes cavités de lynx dans la pente de la montagne. Y a-t-il vraiment eu des lynx ici ? Peut-être. Ce qui est sûr, c’est que l’atmosphère est impressionnante. Si vous restez silencieux, vous n’entendez que le vent, les oiseaux et peut-être un bruissement dans le sous-bois, et vous profitez d’une vaste vue sur la vallée de la Saale. La prochaine étape vous mène en pente douce, avec souvent une vue sur la mer de Thuringe, jusqu’à Pöritzsch. De là, profitez une dernière fois des larges panoramas sur le massif ardoisier de Thuringe – idéal pour quelques dernières photos avant d’attaquer la dernière partie vers Saalburg. Vous marchez maintenant sur un sentier herbeux de retour vers le lac. À chaque pas, vous vous rapprochez de l’objectif – et soudain, la vue sur l’eau et le quartier de Saalburg au flanc ensoleillé de la mer de Thuringe se réouvre. Here your little adventure starts with a special stage: instead of walking off, you board the passenger ship. As the ship leaves the shore, it's time to lean back, breathe deeply, and enjoy. The light breeze, the sparkling waves, and the view of the forested slopes all around make this passage the first highlight of the day. After just a few minutes, vacation mood spreads – this is what a natural break feels like. After about 45 minutes, the ship docks at the foot of Heinrichstein. Here begins the hike back to Saalburg – varied, close to nature, and full of beautiful moments. Landing at the Seeblick viewpoint (Heinrichstein ship dock), the hike starts directly on the shore of the Bleiloch reservoir towards Saalburg. ___ Tip: For hikers with time and energy for the steep climb, the detour right at the beginning in the opposite direction to the Heinrichstein viewpoint is worthwhile: from the rock plateau, there is a wide view over the Thuringian Sea to the Saale loop – water, dense forest, and the silhouettes of the surrounding heights paint a picture straight out of a hiking catalog. Those who want can have their first rest here and let their soul dangle. ___ At the Seeblick viewpoint you find a small, fine place with a bench and an unobstructed view of the southern shore and the Saale loop. Here you feel how close water and forest meet, how harmoniously nature and humans complement each other. After a few minutes of walking in the forest and along the shore of the Thuringian Sea, you reach the Ruhebene – a Saale shore plateau where the former Ruhmühle was located (today a flooded area and newly rebuilt in the Ebersdorf district). From here the path winds uphill to the Blaupunkt, a striking viewpoint where on sunny days the blue of the sky is reflected as the blue of the water. Now the landscape changes: through an idyllic valley with a former hammer mill, the path widens, and you hike out of the valley through Zoppoten, a dreamy but surprisingly lively village in the heart of Saalburg-Ebersdorf. Shortly after you reach the Luchsloch – a legendary place, mysteriously lying in the shadow of the trees and named, according to tradition, after the old lynx dens located below in the mountainside. Were there really lynxes here once? Maybe. What is certain is that the atmosphere here is breathtaking. If you are quiet, you only hear the wind, birds, and maybe a rustling in the undergrowth and experience a wide view into the Saale valley. The next section leads you gently uphill mostly with views of the Thuringian Sea to Pöritzsch. From here you can once again enjoy wide views over the Thuringian Slate Mountains – ideal for a few last photos before tackling the final section to Saalburg. You now hike back toward the lake along a meadow path. With every step, you get closer to your goal – and eventually the view opens again on the water and the Saalburg district on the sunny slope of the Thuringian Sea.
