All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
* There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities in the yard and there are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground parking area.
* The path from the courtyard car park to the hotel entrance is 10 m long.
* The restaurant is accessible without steps via the hotel entrance on Maienbergstr. as well as via the entrance from the courtyard.
* The restaurant is accessible without steps.
* All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
Exception: the Séparée in the restaurant is only accessible via three steps.
* All evaluated passageways / doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
* There are wheelchair accessible tables in the restaurant (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Alle prüfrelevanten Bereiche erfüllen die Qualitätskriterien der Kennzeichnung „Barrierefreiheit geprüft – teilweise barrierefrei für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung“. Einige Hinweise zur Barrierefreiheit haben wir nachfolgend zusammengestellt. Detaillierte Angaben finden Sie im Prüfbericht.
* Es gibt zwei gekennzeichnete Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung im Hof und zwei gekennzeichnete Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderung in der Tiefgarage.
* Das Restaurant ist sowohl über den Hoteleingang Maienbergstr. als auch über den Eingang vom Hof stufenlos zugänglich.
* Der Weg vom Parkplatz Hof zum Hoteleingang ist 10 m lang.
* Fast alle für den Gast nutzbaren und erhobenen Räume und Einrichtungen sind ebenerdig oder über einen Aufzug zugänglich.
Ausnahme: das Séparée im Restaurant ist nur über drei Stufen zugänglich.
* Fast alle für den Gast nutzbaren und erhobenen Türen/Durchgänge sind mindestens 90 cm breit.
Ausnahme: Die Aufzugtür ist 80 cm breit.
* Im Restaurant sind unterfahrbare Tische vorhanden (Maximalhöhe 80 cm, Unterfahrbarkeit in einer Höhe von 67 cm und einer Tiefe von 30 cm).
