The prices for our vacation home from April to October are EUR70 per night (from 5 nights onward). The holiday home is quietly located in a well-kept garden with a sunbathing lawn and goldfish pond on the south slope of Bad Blankenburg, with a magnificent view over the town. The old town is only about a 10-minute walk from the holiday home. On the upper floor, there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small hallway. On the ground floor are the bedroom and bathroom. Both floors are connected by a spiral staircase. The holiday home is a non-smoking house. Smoking is possible on the covered terrace. Parking is available. Modern condensing boiler technology ensures comfortable living. As of 01/01/2023, fees will be charged in accordance with the spa contribution statute. Our guests receive the "Schwarzatal Guest Card" free of charge for the duration of their stay.
Die Preise für unser FH von April bis Oktober betragen 70 EUR pro Übernachtung (ab 5 Übernachtungen). Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einem gepflegten Garten mit Liegewiese und Goldfischteich am Südhang von Bad Blankenburg mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt. Die Altstadt ist nur ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Im OG befindet sich ein gemütlicher Wohnraum, eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche und eine kleine Diele. Im EG sind Schlafraum und Bad. Beide Etagen sind durch eine Wendeltreppe miteinander verbunden. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Nichtraucherhaus. Das Rauchen ist auf der überdachten Terrasse möglich. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Für behaglichen Komfort sorgt moderne Brennwerttechnik. Ab dem 01.01.2023 fallen Gebüren durch die Kurbeitragssatzung an. Unsere Gäste erhalten die "Gästekarte Schwarzatal" für die Dauer ihres Aufenthaltes kostenfrei.
