Our bright and modernly equipped holiday apartment (60 sqm) is located in a quiet area. It has a separate entrance and is partially in the basement of our residential house. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The parking space is directly at the house. There is also a secure parking space for motorcycles and bicycles. On the property, you'll find a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, as well as a barbecue area to make your vacation an experience. The city center is about a 7-minute walk away. Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
Unsere helle und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (60qm) befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und befindet sich teilweise im Souterrain unseres Wohnhauses. Sie besteht aus: Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Kochnische, WC mit Duschkabine. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Auch ein abschließbarer Stellplatz für Motorräder und Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein beheizter Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen sowie eine Grillecke, damit Ihr Urlaub zum Erlebnis wird. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 7 min. Fußweg. WLAN nutzen unsere Gäste kostenfrei.
