Das historische Gut Priefel in Nobitz wird von der Familie Schulze in zweiter Generation bewirtschaftet und steht für handwerkliche Fleischproduktion aus artgerechter Haltung. Seit der Sanierung in den 1990er Jahren zählt es zu den schönsten Gütern im Altenburger Land. Die Hoffleischerei legt großen Wert auf natürliche Verarbeitung ohne künstliche Zusatzstoffe. Das Rindfleisch stammt von der Simmentaler Fleckviehherde, die in naturnaher Haltung auf der Kirschplantage aufwächst. Auch das Schweinefleisch aus eigener Haltung überzeugt durch hohe Qualität. Im Hofladen sowie auf den Wochenmärkten in Altenburg und Leipzig werden regionale Spezialitäten angeboten.

The historic Priefel estate in Nobitz is run by the second generation of the Schulze family and stands for artisan meat production from species-appropriate husbandry. Since its renovation in the 1990s, it has been one of the most beautiful estates in the Altenburger Land region. The farm butchery places great value on natural processing without artificial additives. The beef comes from the Simmental Fleckvieh herd, which is reared on the cherry orchard in near-natural conditions. The pork from the farm's own rearing also impresses with its high quality. Regional specialties are offered in the farm store and at the weekly markets in Altenburg and Leipzig.
