Kaisershagen is a rural settlement in the north of the Unstrut-Hainich district of Thuringia and a district of the municipality of Unstruttal. The first documented mention of Kaisershagen dates back to 1323 and refers to an event in which Johannes, parish priest of Kunichgeshayn (Kaisershagen), waived all claims against the town of Mühlhausen as compensation for damage caused to his person or his church. The nearby Flachstal, the Mühlhäuser Hardt and the Reisersche Tal are tourist attractions for local recreation.

Kaisershagen ist eine ländliche Siedlung im Norden des thüringischen Unstrut-Hainich-Kreises und ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Unstruttal. Die erste urkundliche Erwähnung Kaisershagen datiert aus dem Jahre 1323 und bezieht sich auf einen Vorgang indem Johannes, Pfarrer von Kunichgeshayn (Kaisershagen) auf alle Ansprüche gegenüber der Stadt Mühlhausen als Schadensausgleich verzichtet, die seiner Person beziehungsweise seiner Kirche zugefügt wurde. Das nahe Flachstal, die Mühlhäuser Hardt und das Reisersche Tal sind touristische Anziehungspunkte für die Naherholung.
