Als Gegenstück zum "Barocken Universum Gotha" samt deren antiken und klassischen Exponaten, bildet das KunstForum Gotha mit moderner Kunst, u. a. bestehend aus Malerei, Fotografie, Bildhauerei und Installationen ein künstlerisches Kleinod in der Altstadt. Dabei versteht sich das KunstForum nicht nur als Plattform für anspruchsvolle Werke im besonderen Ambiente, sondern als Ort der gegenseitigen Inspiration für Künstler und Kunstbegeisterten. Jede Ausstellung wird durch begleitende Veranstaltungen ergänzt. So schlagen beispielsweise Konzerte, Malerei- und Fotoworkshops sowie Künstlergespräche eine Brücke zwischen Kunst und sinnlicher Wahrnehmung. Der Fokus liegt dabei vorwiegend auf regionalen Künstlern, doch auch überregionale Künstler sowie weitere Kooperationen sind hier herzlich willkommen.

As a counterpart to the "Baroque Universe Gotha" with its antique and classical exhibits, the KunstForum Gotha is an artistic gem in the old town with modern art, including painting, photography, sculpture and installations. The KunstForum sees itself not only as a platform for sophisticated works in a special ambience, but also as a place of mutual inspiration for artists and art enthusiasts. Each exhibition is complemented by accompanying events. Concerts, painting and photography workshops and artist talks, for example, build a bridge between art and sensory perception. The focus is primarily on regional artists, but national artists and other collaborations are also very welcome here.

En contrepartie de l'"Univers baroque de Gotha" et de ses pièces antiques et classiques, le KunstForum Gotha constitue un joyau artistique dans la vieille ville avec de l'art moderne, composé entre autres de peinture, de photographie, de sculpture et d'installations. Le KunstForum n'est pas seulement une plateforme pour des œuvres exigeantes dans une ambiance particulière, mais aussi un lieu d'inspiration mutuelle pour les artistes et les amateurs d'art. Chaque exposition est complétée par des manifestations d'accompagnement. Ainsi, des concerts, des ateliers de peinture et de photographie ainsi que des discussions entre artistes jettent un pont entre l'art et la perception sensorielle. L'accent est principalement mis sur les artistes régionaux, mais les artistes suprarégionaux ainsi que d'autres coopérations sont également les bienvenus.
