Am 31.03.2000 startete auf Initiative von Christel und Jochen Kunze das Projekt „Funkwerkmuseum“ in Kölleda. Im denkmalgeschützten Gebäude der ehemaligen Berufsschule entstand ein Museum zur Geschichte des VEB Funkwerk Kölleda. Prof. Dr. Dr. Alfred Kirpal engagierte sich ehrenamtlich für Konzept und Aufbau. Gezeigt werden Technikgeschichte, Rechentechnik, Rundfunk, Telefonie und Schreibgeräte.
Le 31 mars 2000, le projet "Funkwerkmuseum" a été lancé à Kölleda à l'initiative de Christel et Jochen Kunze. Un musée consacré à l'histoire de la VEB Funkwerk Kölleda a été créé dans le bâtiment classé de l'ancienne école professionnelle. Le professeur Alfred Kirpal s'est engagé bénévolement dans la conception et la construction du musée. L'histoire de la technique, la technique de calcul, la radio, la téléphonie et les instruments d'écriture y sont présentés.
On March 31, 2000, the "Funkwerkmuseum" project was launched in Kölleda on the initiative of Christel and Jochen Kunze.
