Depuis la Journée des enfants 2025, deux grands circuits à billes en bois situés près du bassin Kneipp, en face du camping de Neustadt/Harz, font briller les yeux des petits et des grands. Nichées entre la piscine forestière, la forêt mixte du sud du Harz et au pied des ruines majestueuses du château de Hohnstein, ces constructions en bois vissées et résistantes aux intempéries invitent à expérimenter la vitesse, les virages et les petites collisions sans perdre de billes. Un distributeur automatique situé juste à côté des pistes fournit à tous les amateurs de billes, moyennant une petite contribution, des billes en bois robustes et parfaitement adaptées. Vous pouvez également apporter vos propres billes. Grâce à la voie extra-large, à la pente douce et aux bords arrondis, les enfants peuvent jouer aux billes en toute sécurité ou organiser des courses spontanées, tandis que les parents profitent du bassin Kneipp, de l'aire de pique-nique près de la piscine forestière ou se reposent sur les confortables bancs. Le projet fait partie de l'initiative Harztor « Spielpunkte für alle Generationen » (des aires de jeux pour toutes les générations) et illustre parfaitement ce qu'une communauté engagée peut accomplir.
Seit dem Kindertag 2025 sorgen zwei großformatige Holzmurmelbahnen am Kneipp-Wassertretbecken gegenüber dem Campingplatz in Neustadt/Harz für leuchtende Augen bei Jung und Alt. Eingebettet zwischen Waldbad, Südharzer Mischwald und unterhalb der majestätischen Burgruine Hohnstein laden die wetterfest verschraubten Holzkonstruktionen dazu ein, mit Tempo, Kurven und kleinen Kollisionen zu experimentieren, ohne dass eine Kugel verloren geht. Ein Automat direkt neben den Bahnen versorgt alle Murmel-Fans gegen einen kleinen Obolus mit den robusten und genau passenden Holzkugeln. Eigene Kugeln dürfen auch gerne mitgebracht werden. Durch die extrabreite Spur, sanftes Gefälle und abgerundete Kanten können Kinder gefahrlos murmeln oder spontane Murmel-Rennen austragen, während die Eltern im Kneippbecken kneippen, den Picknick-Platz am Waldbad nutzen oder auf den bequemen Liegebänken verschnaufen. Das Projekt ist Teil der Harztor-Initiative„ Spielpunkte für alle Generationen“ und ein Paradebeispiel dafür, was eine engagierte Gemeinschaft leisten kann.
Since Children's Day 2025, two large wooden marble runs at the Kneipp water treading pool opposite the campsite in Neustadt/Harz have been bringing a sparkle to the eyes of young and old alike. Nestled between the forest pool, the mixed forest of the southern Harz Mountains, and below the majestic Hohnstein castle ruins, the weatherproof, bolted wooden structures invite visitors to experiment with speed, curves, and small collisions without losing a single marble. A vending machine right next to the tracks provides all marble fans with sturdy and perfectly fitting wooden marbles for a small fee. You are also welcome to bring your own marbles. Thanks to the extra-wide track, gentle slopes, and rounded edges, children can play marbles or hold spontaneous marble races safely while their parents enjoy the Kneipp basin, use the picnic area at the forest pool, or take a breather on the comfortable benches. The project is part of the Harztor initiative "Playgrounds for All Generations" and is a prime example of what a committed community can achieve.
