Der Heinrichstein ist ein markantes Felsmassiv im Saale-Orla-Kreis in Thüringen, das hoch über dem Westufer der Saale und der beeindruckenden Bleilochtalsperre aufragt. Mit einer Höhe von etwa 515 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel und rund 100 Metern über dem Wasserspiegel bietet der Aussichtspunkt ein außergewöhnlich weites Panorama über die langgezogene Wasserfläche der Talsperre und die umliegenden bewaldeten Hänge. Der Felsen liegt auf dem Gebiet des heutigen Saalburg-Ebersdorf und gehört zugleich zu einem rund 20 Hektar großen Naturschutzgebiet, das aufgrund seiner Felsstrukturen, Gehölze und vielfältigen Lebensräume unter besonderem Schutz steht.

Avec une altitude d'environ 515 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer et d'environ 100 mètres au-dessus du niveau de l'eau, le point de vue offre un panorama exceptionnellement large sur la longue étendue d'eau du barrage et les pentes boisées environnantes. Le rocher se trouve sur le territoire de l'actuelle commune de Saalburg-Ebersdorf et fait partie d'une réserve naturelle d'environ 20 hectares qui bénéficie d'une protection particulière en raison de ses structures rocheuses, de ses bosquets et de la diversité de ses habitats.
The Heinrichstein is a striking rock massif in the Saale-Orla district of Thuringia, towering high above the western bank of the Saale River and the impressive Bleilochtalsperre dam. At a height of around 515 meters above sea level and around 100 meters above the water level, the viewpoint offers an exceptionally wide panorama over the long stretch of water of the dam and the surrounding wooded slopes. The rock is located in what is now Saalburg-Ebersdorf and is part of a 20-hectare nature reserve that is under special protection due to its rock structures, woodlands, and diverse habitats.
