Ein schöner Rundweg, der uns zunächst am Ilmufer entlang von Kromsdorf bis in den lauschigen Wielandpark von Oßmannstedt führt. Dort können wir den Obelisken besichtigen, der das Grab von Christoph Martin Wieland, seiner Frau Dorothea und der Sophie Brentano markiert. Auch dem dortigen Wielandmuseum statten wir einen Besuch ab, bevor uns unsere Route nach Ulrichshalben in das dortige Kulturgut führt. Der Ort markiert zudem den Wendepunkt unserer Route. Wir fahren von dort nach Denstedt, wo eine Wassermühle mit einem überraschend vielfältig ausgestattetem Mühlenladen zu einer Rast einlädt. Schließlich stoßen wir im lauschigen Schlosspark von Tiefurt wieder auf die Ilm, deren Lauf wir folgen, bis wir an den Ausgangspunkt unserer Reise zurückkehren.

A beautiful circular route that initially leads us along the Ilm riverbank from Kromsdorf to the cozy Wielandpark in Oßmannstedt. There we can visit the obelisk marking the grave of Christoph Martin Wieland, his wife Dorothea and Sophie Brentano. We also pay a visit to the Wieland Museum located there before our route takes us to Ulrichshalben to the local cultural estate. This place also marks the turning point of our route. From there, we head to Denstedt where a watermill with a surprisingly well-equipped mill shop invites us to take a break. Finally, we reconnect with the Ilm in the charming Tiefurt castle park, following its course back to the starting point of our journey.

Un joli parcours circulaire qui nous conduit d'abord le long de la rive de l'Ilm de Kromsdorf jusqu'au paisible parc Wieland à Oßmannstedt. Là, nous pouvons visiter l'obélisque qui marque la tombe de Christoph Martin Wieland, de sa femme Dorothea et de Sophie Brentano. Nous rendons également visite au musée Wieland avant que notre parcours ne nous mène à Ulrichshalben, au domaine culturel local. Ce lieu marque également le point de retournement de notre parcours. De là, nous roulons vers Denstedt, où un moulin à eau avec une boutique de moulin étonnamment bien fournie invite à une pause. Enfin, nous retrouvons l'Ilm dans le paisible parc du château de Tiefurt, dont nous suivons le cours jusqu'à revenir au point de départ de notre voyage.
