Le parcours commence dans la Alte Straße au niveau du terrain de sport. En passant par la pente de luge et le tremplin pour enfants et jeunes, tu arrives à la Lämmerröder Wiese, qui te fait cheminer le long de la lisière de la forêt. Un banc aux "Saubuchen" invite à une courte pause (avec vue sur la vallée). Une autre petite montée au-dessus de la Dammwiese mène à une intersection. Ici, tu tournes à droite et profites de la vue sur le Spitziger Berg. Le chemin te conduit ensuite à travers la forêt de hêtres hivernale jusqu'à Adamsrod. Avant d’atteindre les premières maisons de la périphérie urbaine, tu passes par le cimetière forestier. En suivant la rue "Am Sportplatz", tu reviens au point de départ.

The route starts on Alte Straße at the sports ground. Past the toboggan slope and the children and youth hill, you reach Lämmerröder Meadow, which leads you along the forest edge. A bench at the "Saubuchen" invites you to a short rest (with a view down to the valley). Another short ascent over the Dammwiese leads to an intersection. Here you turn right and enjoy the view towards Spitziger Berg. The path then takes you through the wintry beech forest to Adamsrod. Before reaching the first houses on the edge of town, you pass the Forest Cemetery. Along the street "Am Sportplatz" you return to the starting point.

Die Tour startet in der Alten Straße am Sportplatz. Vorbei am Rodelhang und an der Kinder- und Jugendschanze gelangt man zur Lämmerröder Wiese, hier führt der Weg am Waldrand entlang. Eine Bank und eine überdachte Sitzgruppe an den "Saubuchen" laden zum kurzen Verschnaufen (mit schönem Talblick) ein. Ein weiterer kurzer Anstieg über die Dammwiese führt zu einer Kreuzung. Hier biegst du rechts ab und genießt die Aussicht zum Spitzigen Berg. Direkt an der Kreuzung ist ein weiterer idyllischer Platz für eine kleine Rast in der Wintersonne. Der Weg führt dich nun durch den winterlichen Buchenwald zum Adamsrod. Bevor du die ersten Häuser des Stadtrandes erreichst, kommst du am Waldfriedhof vorbei. Entlang der Straße "Am Sportplatz" gelangst du zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
