Die Via Porta ist ein Pilgerweg vom evangelischen Kloster Volkenroda im thüringischen Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis zum Kloster Waldsassen im Oberpfälzer Landkreis Tirschenreuth und ist die historische Verbindung zwischen dem ehemaligen Zisterzienserkloster und seinem Tochterkloster. Die Via Porta verläuft über eine Länge von etwa 300 km durch das Thüringer Becken, den Hainich, den Thüringer Wald und das Thüringer Schiefergebirge, dann durch das Fichtelgebirge bis in die Oberpfalz. Der Weg kann in 18 Tagesetappen begangen werden. Zwei davon führen durch Tschechien. Die 1. Etappe - Alternative 1 führt Sie vom Kloster Volkenroda über Körner nach Weberstedt.

La Via Porta est un chemin de pèlerinage partant du monastère protestant de Volkenroda dans le district d'Unstrut-Hainich en Thuringe jusqu'au monastère de Waldsassen dans le district d'Oberpfälzer Landkreis Tirschenreuth et est la liaison historique entre l'ancien monastère cistercien et son monastère fille. La Via Porta s'étend sur environ 300 km à travers le bassin de Thuringe, le Hainich, la forêt de Thuringe et les montagnes de schiste de Thuringe, puis à travers le Fichtelgebirge jusqu'en Haute-Palatinat. The Via Porta is a pilgrimage route from the Protestant Volkenroda Monastery in the Thuringian Unstrut-Hainich district to Waldsassen Monastery in the Upper Palatinate district of Tirschenreuth and is the historic connection between the former Cistercian monastery and its daughter monastery. The Via Porta runs for about 300 km through the Thuringian Basin, the Hainich, the Thuringian Forest and the Thuringian Slate Mountains, then through the Fichtel Mountains to the Upper Palatinate. Wir laufen auf einem Betonwirtschaftsweg, überschreiten die nächste Kreuzung und nehmen nach einem weiteren Kilometer die Straße nach links in den Ort Heroldishausen.
